Overall we are satisfied with the cleanliness of the accommodation. Easy walking distance to Lake Tekapo village centre. Will definitely go back next time if we are visiting South Island. The only thing we wish they will provide the better internet - it is only limited to 100MB per stay regardless of the number of days. For overseas tourist without... More

This was one of the best hotel in Lake Tekapo. Most of things were good except few turn off points like we have been asked to wait for 45min inspite of reaching at 3PM. When I have said we can't wait with baby, in that case they immediately allocated other room. When we have reached the apartment, bedsheets and pillows... More

We had a lovely stay but my only complaint would be a bit more attention is needed on the cleanliness of the bathroom. There was some mould on the tiles around the toilet and the blinds in the unit had not been cleaned on one side for some time. Other than that we enjoyed our stay, the food in the... More

BOOKING: Right from our initial booking enquiries, they listened to our needs (we have a disabled family member requiring access and special bedding arrangements). The team made sure they did everything they could to assure us that everything was ready for our arrival. MEETING OUR NEEDS: When we arrived, they were expecting us and helped us move the special equipment... More

Fantastic customer service, the complimentary mulled wine was perfect for the start of our stay there. Excellent bathroom amenities heating flooring made sure your feet were never cold. Only negative was our room size was very small not many places to put your bags. Espically if you have large bags, makes you feel Claustrophobic in the room! Overall very good... More

Really good and comfortable... A lot of space in apartman. Free parking in front of apartman. Full Cooking equipment... Veľmi príjemné, komfortné ubytovanie, blízko centra. A už sa mi tu nechce písať nad 200 znakov

We stayed at Peppers Bluewater recently. Our room was very small - we had to put our suitcases on the bed to open them. The bathroom was good though and the heating was good. It was only a short walk to town.

A beautiful room, with a beautiful view, in an excellent location. Staff were friendly & approachable. Very busy resort, difficult to park at times. Was one of the nicest rooms we stayed, but also the most expensive.
