We arrived at this hotel just before dinner. There was no parking anywhere. It was a standard hotel feel. We just felt like another number. We requested a room that was accessible as I cannot climb stairs. Our room was in the corner of the resort with five large stairs to access it Not consideration given

There is no problem with the facilities and rooms. It is clear on the website that the payment is made at the front desk, but I do not know why there have been debited my credit card on top of room charge with 2% bank handling charge before 3 weeks. Is this a problem with the site communication with the...

Had booked twin beds and arrived to find that there was only one bed. When I contacted reception to ask if they could split the bed they said it would cost 30 dollars. They were extremely unhelpful. Would not stay there again.

English breakfast tea was not available when we got to the restaurant on one of the mornings. During the first night the neighbouring unit people arrived and made a lot of noise. No consideration for others.

One of the priciest places we stayed in, but it was worth it. There were five of us occupying their 2 bedroom mountain apartment. Rooms, especially the kitchen and living room, were very spacious and comfortable. We had great views of the mountain ranges. It's also a short 5 min drive to lake tekapo. You could probably walk there under...

We booked a two night stay in a lake view apartment, well, if you're going to stay somewhere with such fantastic scenery, you want to be able to enjoy it to the full. Not all rooms/apartments have views across to the lake, so book carefully if that's what you're after. Our apartment (802) was on the 2nd floor (of 3)...

This hotel promised so much, but sadly failed to deliver. Shouldn't a hotel that markets itself as "a luxurious 4-star hotel" clean the rooms before new guests arrive? The carpets looked like they had never been cleaned. The bin in the bathroom had excrement on it. And the dishcloth was dirty. When I took the dirty dishcloth to reception and...

This hotel has very good location in Lake Tekapo, and the surface of the hotel looks very new. However, it is disappointed about the cleanliness of inside the building. It should have better cleanliness and good condition for every new guests.

The townhouse style accomodation at Peppers is pretty good - although the entry way of ours was awkward with a weird arrangement whereby entry was onto a narrow hallway so that the door actually blocks access to the bedrooms for bags etc (simply reversing the direction of the doors would have made a huge difference). Also the heat pumps are...

Beautiful resort with a beautiful view. Location is perfect just next to the Tekapo lake. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good. Hotel staff are very nice and helpful too. I would like to recommend this resort to my friends.
