Carol and Nick with their team of "fairies' have ensured we have been fully spoilt. Great detail has been given to ensure our wedding photos on arrival and then actual arrival has been magical. Breakfast each morning we chose to be a surprise. Each day we receive a preset phone call to check delivery time and have been indulged with...

The price per night increased significantly between the Christmas/New Year period ($950/night) but as it was the only time we would be passing through the area we thought we would give it a go anyway and stayed for two nights. The local area is lovely and we are glad we took the time to explore the shops including the distillery....

I cant compliment this place enough. My partner and I needed a relaxing night away and we got exactly that! From the moment you step in the door you feel welcomed. The staff went above and beyond even to the smallest details of making sure we had rose petals for the spa. The manager was so friendly and made sure...

Omg what can I say....the staff were amazing! Breakfast every day was to die for. The castle itself omg......private indoor pool, massive spa, sunken lounge with a toasty fire place, big 4 poster bed, perfect kitchen and coffee making facilities and did I mention your own private courtyard. The view from the top is amazing too. Really can't recommend this...

Having left booking until the week before a long weekend I wasn't sure we would find somewhere to stay. I originally hoped to book one of the cottages at Lisson Grove if I could get in as we stayed there for our honeymoon and for our anniversaries (until the kids came along). The only availability at Lisson Grove was at...

The castle is part of the Lisson Grove property which has a number of themed units. The castle is one of the themes and has 2 wings. We stayed in the Carmichael wing, in the middle of there is a day spa. Upon arrival we were placed in the wrong wing so it would help to clarify in advance where...

Set on beautiful Tamborine Mountain, The Castle offered a cool and tranquil retreat from the heat of Brisbane. Upon arrival we enjoyed the Easter eggs placed in our room. This was a nice surprise that we really enjoyed! Our accommodation was spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed. The private pool inside the room was a lovely way to cool off from...

Booked in for a two night stay to celebrate my BF 30th. At $600 a night I had high expectations and unfortunately was underwhelmed. The night before we stayed in the most amazing place for $300 a night so maybe that exceeded our expectations so much that it ruined this experience. I must say the staff were lovely, helpful and...

The accommodation is pricey but it provided a unique experience for a birthday surprise. On arrival we found the staff friendly and helpful. The castle and surrounding gardens are spectacular. Within the castle walls the residence has a sunken lounge with the cinema projector for viewing TV channels or DVDs; full kitchen facilities; and an adjacent plunge pool looking out...

A truly magical experience that I so desperately didn't want to end! An absolute delight from start to finish. Breakfast delivered by lovely staff in the morning, a spa bath big enough for two, plunge pool, cinema lounge...a fantastic way to relax, unwind and rejuvenate! In fact we spent most of our stay lounging in the soft bathrobes watching an...
