Lovely property in Le Grosier

Lovely property not too far from restaurants and the beach in Le Grosier. A car is a must for this location and the owner has cars available to rent. I didn't get the instructions for entry but Google found the location very easily and a quick phone call to the owner and the key codes were given and all else was perfect! We will be back.

A ne pas rater

Réservé pour 1 nuit à l'arrivée pour notre séjour en Guadeloupe, un propriétaire extraordinaire qui n'hésite pas à venir à votre rencontre quand vous êtes perdu car il est vrai un peu dur à trouver. Une chambre superbe, vaste, propre avec tout le nécessaire. un lit très confortable, une salle de bain au top. Quoi demander de mieux. Merci encore au propriétaire car, malgré notre fatigue, il a tout fait pour nous rendre cette soirée très agréable. Merci encore.

FORMIDABLE !!!

Le Saint Georges est un véritable havre de paix .Nous y trouvons un accueil des plus chaleureux avec cette bienveillance de nous satisfaire.Un hôte au TOP !!Les lieux sont très propre ,une piscine pour se détendre c'est un excellent rapport qualité-prix. N'hésitez pas Foncez ..Vous ne trouverez pas mieux .

Établissement ou le business est roi. On lit entre les lignes et l'on ne se soucie pas de vous. L'humain n'a pas sa place ici. Saint Georges, le vrai, doit se retourner dans sa tombe ! Passez votre chemin.

Le Gosier, Guadeloupe

Location de l'appartement

Nous avons pris pour une nuit l'appartement fin octobre. Le propriétaire est très accueillant, il prend son temps pour nous guider car on n'avait pas trouvé la location. Après nous avons discuté et il nous a proposé un verre. Appartement très propre et assez grand. Le petit déjeuner est très bien aussi (1 capsule café ou chocolat, bouteille d'eau, biscottes + pain de mie, beurre, confiture, fromage, compote + yaourt et 1 verre de jus d'orange). On a dormi dans le calme. On prévoit d'y retourner.

très décu quartier risqué

Logement dans un lotissement avec des logements sociaux, pas très rassurant.
Le centre ville est désert et il faut mieux eviter de trainer le soir. Pas d'eau pendant 2 jours, proprio pas très sympa.
Nous sommes vraiment déçu.

2 nuits bof bof

C''est déjà très difficile de trouver ce lieu, il n'y a pas d'éclairage et vous devez traverser une citée pour y arriver.
Beaucoup de jeunes à trainer dans lequartier, ce n'est pas très rassurant mais nous n'avons pas eu de problèmes.
La chambre sans charme avec le minimum. Pas d'eau pendant 2 jours

Horrible

La chambre est minuscule, le proprio a fait 4 logements sur un petit terrain au coeur d'un getto. Notre voiture a été abîmée la nuit (la voiture est en pleine citée).

Bref les bonnes notes c'était surement avant les travaux

Super séjour!

Super logement à 15 min à pied du centre de Gosier.
Notre hôte était super sympa et a rendu notre court passage en Guadeloupe très agréable.
Chambre jolie, très bien équipée et très propre. Très bon rapport qualité prix par rapport à d’autres logements ailleurs en Guadeloupe.
Merci pour votre accueil nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

DÉÇUS : BRUYANT et DANGEREUX au cœur d'une citée gérant sympa, c'est tout.

A part le gérant qui est sympa, nous sommes très déçus. Le logement est au cœur d'une citée, qu'il faut traverser tout le temps. Il y a beaucoup de jeunes avec scooters et chiens qui viennent vous demander de l'argent (pourtant on habite en banlieue parisienne).

Pour le logement c'est vraiment le minimum ..... bref décus.
