Where to begin.. The room was very basic, the bathroom smelled of urine. The staff is unfriendly. One came into our room without consent while I was in the bed naked and started rummaging through our stuff in the closet because we asked her for a do not disturb sign and she thought it was in the drawer! When we ask something from the reception, it never comes. We ask for plates.. Doesn't come. We ask for knives.. Doesn't come. The last 3 days we didn't have warm water. You'd think they would send a technician to fix it when we asked for one right? WRONG. The pool is nice but there aren't a lot of sunbeds. The restaurant was truly horrible. Never have I eaten a steak THAT bad. The breakfast, which is 15 euros a person Is just some dry bread, dried eggs, nasty bacon, old fruit and some yoghurt. Very disappointing. The juice machine didn't work the whole time we were there. The best thing about the whole hotel is a tapas platter for 5 euros and its all just store bought fried food. We were going to stay for 11 nights but left after 6. AVOID THIS HOTEL!

The hotel lobby is beautiful and the views from the ocean front room are gorgeous. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are basic and clean. My only concern was the ants which kept appearing at times. There are no irons in the room but there is a room for ironing. The food was ok, not much variety or options.

Stayed at the hotel for business purposes while attending a conference in Guadeloupe in April 2019. The staff is helpful. Breakfast is good. Wide selection of items. I would recommend a sea view room as the hotel overlooks a beautiful beach and there are water sports available on site.

The best memory of the hotel is the reception desk. We felt very much sorry for people working there-they were the only professionals(especially Jennifer). The hotel is still under repairing, so it is not ready to receive guests yet. The kitchen stuff is unwelcoming and not professional. Outdated yogourt(cheapest of the cheapest) and butter, poor choice at the breakfast, no vegetables, only carrots sometimes. For the price of 25 euros it is scandalous breakfast like that. Problems with hot water. Air-conditioning is hardly working and even Urine smell from aircon! Instead of fixing that, deo was put inside. 😶. The hotel prefers receiving big groups like for conferences, then the kitchen looks attractive with delicious food, but individual guests are not provided with quality food. The beach is fantastic. The pool is also good. The hotel is cheating claiming that they are opened after the renovation. Hardly 1/3 of the hotel rooms is ready and used. For the price like that we felt fooled down. Advertising it as a 4 star hotel with a lot of renovation work to go on, construction garbage in front and breakfast like that is dishonest.
