In the United States, we do not have the concept of "Chambre d'Hote/Table d'Hote." A rough translation might be "Bed and Breakfast and some Dinners."
Adé and her husband Didier have a beautiful and spacious guest house that includes breakfast and dinners roughly every other night. Meals are taken at a long table by the pool. Adé is a wonderful cook and welcomes you into the kitchen if you want to get a greater understanding of her culinary arts.
We greatly enjoyed the interaction which allowed us to practice our French. I can't say enough good things about them -- very gracious, outgoing, and generous with advice on where to go/what to see/what to eat. They do not speak (a lot) of English.
Both rooms are extremely spacious and the common area with pool and terrace is lovely.
Chemin Palmist is off a secondary route, the D103. It is easy to miss the sign -- there is a yellow house opposite on the other side of the street, however I suggest having them meet you either at the airport car rental or at a gas station on a major road when you first arrive. Off Chemin Palmist, a steep driveway goes up to their property.
