The room was spacious, comfortable and spotless, with touches of Anne of Green Gables decorations and other beautiful pieces. Both breakfasts were hearty and delectable; we especially liked the egg delicious casseroles. They gave us fresh towels for the second day (what a pleasant surprise), and Jim and Karyn were happy to talk to us about life on the island and recommend places to eat and visit. The Malpeque Oyster Barn is only a 20-minute walk from their house, and it's a good thing they told us to make a reservation. Although there's no fridge in the room, our hosts are happy to store a few things in their fridge and freezer for you, and provide fresh water and ice for your day. We'd be happy to stay there again.

Amazing Place to stay. Jim and Karyn are 5 star plus hosts, treating guest like family and ensuring your stay is memorable. They have restored this century Farm House into a most beautiful accommodation. the pristine settings inside the house are to be marveled at. The blood , sweat and tears that have been put into this building is to be admired. Each room has an ensuite for privacy, is air conditioned, and is comfortable. Karyn and Jim provide a most outstanding environment for you to enjoy during your stay. Karyn serves a delicious breakfast to start your day. Thank you both Karyn and Jim for allowing us the opportunity to stay with you! Thank you for the little extras which made our stay even more memorable! WE would surely like to return one day.

Noble House is a wonderful B & B with friendly and accommodating hosts. Karyn & Jim ensured we had what we needed for our day trips and always offered extras in case we needed it. The well appointed bedroom and bathrooms (King Suite w/ensuite for 4 nights & Queen with adjacent - for queen room only - bathroom) were exceptionally clean and new towels daily. Beds were very comfortable and we had the best nights of sleep in a very long time. The breakfasts were all delicious and hearty! They even accommodated a couple of our later mornings. Thanks so much Jim and Karyn! PS…the two small dogs were well trained and not once were we ever bothered by barking or behaviour! We are not ‘dog people’ but the pups added a homey feel!

My husband and I have stayed at countless inns and B&Bs over the years, but I have to say, our stay at the Noble House was truly a standout. Karyn and Jim have created a beautiful, intimate inn on a stunning 10 acres, lavishing time and attention on both the inn and their guests to make for the perfect stay. We could not have had a better experience, and I can see why people stay way longer than our three nights. And it is perfectly situated to see western, southern and Central PEI. Thank you, Jim and Karyn!

We are Australian and were welcomed here by the Nobles during September. We were on a cycle/road trip around PEI and stayed in various B & B's but Noble House was by far the best. Karyn & Jim were very welcoming and their home was beautiful and spotless. The setting was magnificent and the garden and surrounds beautiful. The breakfast they prepared for us was superb. We would highly recommend staying in Noble House. Thank you Karyn & Jim. Shireen and Nick

My husband and I stayed four 4 nights in the Rosemary Room. First, our room and bath were absolutely gorgeous and the king bed was extremely comfortable. The entire house is beautifully designed and appointed, not to mention immaculate. It is filled with lovely antiques which Jim and Karyn, and their three well behaved dogs, share with you most graciously. In addition to a delicious breakfast each morning, each evening Karyn would make me hot tea and give my husband diet coke with lots of ice, and we would talk about the day. It was just perfect!
We also enjoyed meeting some nice couples that were staying at the Noble House. Both Bill and Abbey, and Jim and Louise were lots of fun to talk with.
If you have never stayed in a B&B and are a little nervous OR have had a less than good experience in another B&B, I would recommend trying the Noble House. Sometimes we have felt uncomfortable in another couple's home. You will not feel this way with Jim and Karyn. You will feel right at home (and wish you lived there). Thank you Jim and Karyn for a delightful stay!

We have just returned from a two night stay at Noble House. Located about 20 minutes or so from the busy, more touristy Cavendish area, this B&B is a wonderful place - quiet yet within an easy drive of all the sights. Fabulous Cabot Beach - quite isolated and private - is just minutes away. Karen and Jim Noble are warm, friendly and helpful hosts, who seem to really enjoy having guests in their beautiful home. They have restored this historic building, creating an atmosphere that is somehow both elegant and casually comfortable at the same time. The welcome is warm and sincere - even dogs, Jasper, Sophie and Bailey are happy to greet you! (Jazz, the cat, watches from across the room!) Our room was lovely and breakfast was excellent. We would highly recommend Noble House to anyone visiting this area of beautiful PEI.
