My husband, grown up daughter and son and I (plus dog!) recently had the pleasure of staying one night at Beinn Sealladh. Parking is easy and we were warmly welcomed. The bedrooms are very comfortable and each has tea/coffee making facilities and home baking. The bathroom is spacious, with bath and separate shower, plenty of towels and lovely toiletries. Breakfast next morning was beautifully cooked, with an excellent choice, and set us up for the day! We also appreciated that our dog was made so welcome and had the run of the garden. All in all, a first rate experience and we are very happy to recommend.

I booked for 4 adults and our dog. On arrival we were made very welcome. Our dog was made very welcome too. We had the twin room downstairs and the double bedded room next to the bathroom. There are trays in the rooms with complimentary tea and coffee, plus excitedly some home made shortbread and cup cakes. The shortbread was scrummy. My brother in law has Parkinson's and straight away Barbera offered to make him a cup of coffee as we were going to walk the dog and he was going to stay there. The views are extremely pretty, a lovely garden where I sat in the morning before breakfast and drank my tea. Barbera and Stuart let us play with our dog in their garden as they used to have a dog of their own and were very dog friendly. Our breakfast was wonderful. Fruit and yogurt and a full Scottish breakfast. Juices, toast, jam and cereals if you wanted. The rooms were very clean. The bathroom large and immaculate. You could not fault this wonderful, friendly, warm B & B. I would like to thank our superb hosts Barbera and Stuart for such a superb stay, kindness and hospitality. A big woof from Captain, Dawn, Nigel, Coral and Brad.

A warm welcome was given to our family by the hosts Barbara & Stuart with a fresh pot of coffee and home bakes served on our arrival. We booked both the double and twin rooms and this worked well as a family unit, sharing the bathroom. Our grandson was made very welcome and enjoyed the freedom of the garden with his football. Breakfast was freshly cooked, included all the usual breakfast goodies with fresh pancakes served as a tasty extra. All in all a very good, clean and comfortable B&B.

I'll give this accomodation two stars for the room only.
A warm welcom from Stuart and a decent room, although the the complimentary goodies looked a tad dated.
Shared bathroom, large and clean.
Breakfast was probably the worst ever!
Minimal and not tasty at all, fried egg, one off, was brick hard!
Second morning we asked for sausage, poached egg and hash brown.
I had two sausages and my wife given one for some odd reason and the poached egg was like the previous brick hard, how difficult is it to poach an egg????
To cap our minimalistic breakfast Barbera decided to join us at the table and proceeded to sort out her meds, how ignorant could one be!!!!!!!
This was not a pleasant experience!!!!!

I stayed for two nights just after the May Bank Holiday. I was met by Stuart who made me feel incredibly welcome straight from the off. The B&B itself is in a beautiful location. The bedroom (mine was a twin) was big, very clean, loads of storage space, comfortable bed. WIFI and a TV were brilliant bonuses, not to mention the complimentary cakes!! The bathroom is shared which wouldn't bother me, but as I was the only guest it made no difference anyway. That too is very clean and spacious. Overall a very very good place to stay. Definitely recommended.

There is just Nothing bad at all about this Beautiful place....

We were greeted with a Warm and 'Family' style welcome and instantly made to feel at home.

Barbara and Stuart are the perfect hosts and with a plethora of wonderful home cooked foods to tuck into it is a must visit place to stay.

A true home from home B&B with stunning views across the hills....

Despite us living at the other end of the country we will Definitely be back.

Thanks for making our stay so relaxing

Stayed in a twin room with a friend.. The hosts were very warm, welcoming, friendly, and helpful.. Freshly baked scones and muffons and the best cooked breakfast for moles. The room was warm, bright, spacious, with plenty of storage! Wholeheartedly recommend and will definitely go back again.

I stayed at Beinn Sealladh for a single night on 21st June 2015 during my 7 day trip around the north and west Highlands of Scotland.

Beinn Sealladh is located in the “forest village” of Nethy Bridge and this small B&B is very quiet and peaceful with a wonderful outlook over forest edge and open fields. Watch out for the Roe Deer grazing in very close proximity as you open the curtains in the morning.

I received a very friendly welcome from Barbara and Stuart and my room was both clean and comfortable. Whilst the bathroom/shower is separate to the bedroom, it is immediately adjacent and this caused me no problems at all.

There is a wide range of breakfast options and I thoroughly enjoyed my breakfast which set me up for the day .... I did not need to eat again until my evening meal!

I would highly recommend Beinn Sealladh and it is definitely on my “must visit again” list given that I make an annual wildlife watching and photography trip to the Scottish Highlands, including the Speyside area and Abernethy Forest for which Beinn Sealladh makes an excellent base.

Beinn Sealladh provides everything that I need at an excellent price.

Many thanks Barbara and Stuart for your hospitality and customer service! I hope to see you again next June.

This is the second time my sister and I have stayed here and I hope it won't be the last. It's in a peaceful and remote spot in 'the forest village' and it was lovely to see deer roaming in the fields beside our room. Barbara and Stuart are so friendly and really made us feel welcome. Homebaked cake in our room everyday was a treat after lots of walking and they loaned us maps and guidebooks to help us plan our day trips. The house is spotlessly clean and they couldn't have been better hosts.

Stuart and Barbara are friendly hosts who will make their home feels like yours.
Barbara loves to be in the kitchen so no surprise the breakfast and the home-baked cake and cookies where tasteful.

Large room with Wifi, coffee and tea facilities. Even the bathroom has a lot of space.
Stuart is very helpfull with helping you to plan your day.

The B&B is situated on a lovely quiet location with views to the mountains. Also great for exploring the Cairngorms in the region af Aviemore but thats my opinion. I had an enjoyable time.
