Having been to Evanton many times to visit family, this was the first time I had heard of Kiltearn house and it definitely won't be my last visit. Beautiful room with a great view. We were welcomed by the owners and we arrived 2 hours early for check in however this was no issue... our room was made available quickly...

I had the pleasure of staying at Kiltearn House for week whilst working in Evanton / Invergordon. The room was lovely, and Ed and Nel were fantastic hosts. The breakfast was second to none, and was cooked to perfection! If I'm up in this neck of the woods again, I'd definitely stay here!

The location of Kiltearn is idyllic, the rooms are of a very high standard with the kind of extras you'd expect in a 5 star hotel. Breakfast is exceptional and will set you up for the day. As a business traveller used to staying in soulless hotels my visits here have been wonderful. If you want to experience Highland hospitality...

My husband and I spent one night at Kiltearn House in mid-August. We selected it as a strategically located stop along the route from the Glasgow airport to the ferry to the Orkney Islands. It was a wonderful choice for many reasons. Foremost, we were well taken care of by our hosts, Ed and Nel. After an overnight flight from...

We had a one night stay at Kiltearn House and it was lovely. The house is huge and our room was very spacious and beautifully decorated. We had everything we needed. There was an honor bar in the hallway which was a great idea. Bathroom was very small but you actually didn't need anything bigger. The handy hot water shower...
