Room exceeded expectations and the staff were attentive and kind. The restaurant dinner was great and the breakfast was excellent as well. The ghost tour of...

This is a nice looking hotel, but on our visit, we only needed an afternoon tea. After requesting it with the waiting staff, we were joined by a lady who advised that afternoon tea had to be pre-booked !! Parden, can you say that again. You have to pre-book an afternoon cup of tea. Then a correction after we persisted,...

The decor has been kept traditional and bedrooms are a great size. Our guests had nothing but praise for the place. Massive thank you to all the staff for making...

Who wouldn't want to stay in a castle?! We were traveling with friends and they booked this hotel for us. The room was spacious yet quaint with its own fireplace and separate sitting area and the bed was both comfortable and a beautiful 4 poster. 2 windows with heavy fabric curtains. The lobby and reception area were decorated to suit...

Excellent hotel. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment which made our stay all the better. Breakfast was lovely. My parents enjoyed their stay here and I am looking forward to returning with the family.
