This house is just magical! Stayed here for my wife's 50th with a group of friends and everything about the house is just great. Lot's of lovely big rooms for communal use, huge lounge, dining room for 12, massive well stocked kitchen, conservatory, just had everything....! Bedrooms all beautiful...! What a wonderful find. This is well worth every penny. A group of friend and I visited this wonderful manor this weekend and it was absolutely perfect. The house has such wonderful character, great space and charm. The owners had set the fires, the dinning room and even put milk in the fridge. We arrived after dark and it was...

Hi Beth Just wanted to say thank you. We had a lovely break at your house. It was a fantastic place to relax in the evening after a busy day schedule with the children. Thanks for all your advice too. The kids are already wanting me to promise a return visit! Thank you

We stayed here for the weekend with our extended family. 12 of us and two babies. The house was well appointed. It had lots of facilities in the kitchen and the dining room was set for our first dinner. We catered for ourselves for the weekend and had plenty of cooking space. The dishwasher did not work properly but there...

The charming Manor house like its charming owner, Beth, was just perfection personified and simply amazing. Not only did they save our surprise weekend for my mum's 60th birthday with just 24 hours notice (after we had last minute been badly let down by our original booking) but they also made it homely, comfortable and one of the most special...

We stayed for 2 days for our wedding anniversary and found the house charming. The breakfast was perfect and our hosts kind. The manor house is quirky and we liked the English feel of the place. It is in a village but away from the road so it feels very quiet.

We had a splendid time over the weekend at The Manor House. It is steeped in history and full of quirky bits and pieces like the inglenook fireplace and delightful conservatory with its stained glass windows. A great welcome, comfortable rooms and a very decent breakfast made our stay a very happy one. Close enough to magic Bath but also...

This accommodation is located down a single-lane road at the bottom of a hill. It's quite a few miles into the city of Bath from here & the roads are not good. Our first impression was that this place was not very clean. We were greeted & seated in the lounge on the ground floor whilst our host made some...

We arrived early and the house was locked up, within a few minutes a young lady arrived to let us in an show us around, it was breathtakingly beautiful and homely with touches of art on view, a baby grand piano in the hall way. We were shown to our room the White room which was spacious and has a...

My husband booked this on Booking.com as a late booking to celebrate his birthday weekend. The reviews sounded ideal, inglenook fireplace to have a cup of tea beside, lovely location, en suite etc. Imagine our surprise when we were shown to our room to find the shower was IN THE ROOM with a screen to place around it. it wasn't...
