Our family of four stayed here for five nights in December. The amenities were good, and wifi was available and functioning. Our room (suite with a lake view) was adequate--although, we were on a lower level so the view wasn't spectacular because there were obstructions. The room was spacious, clean and warm. Cleaning service was regular and we were provided...

Good location near bus stop and close to railway links across Europe let alone Switzerland . Ten minute walk to Chateau Chillon or opposite way to Montreux . The hotel is about 7 floors but only 3 are actual hotel the rest private accommodation , mostly elderly who share the restaurant and overall facilities THis would be a fabulous hotel...

Stayed with my wife for a long weekend to see the sites and visit the Christmas Markets. The hotel is located a good walk outside of the main centre of Montreux but it soon goes when you stroll along the side of Lake Geneva taking in the wonderful views. The apartments are large with a big balcony to match with...

The rooms are huge, well-equipped and comfortable. We stayed in both the Junior Suite and Superior Lake-Side room on different nights. Both had a kitchen. The Junior Suite had two toilets, vast balcony and a separate living room. The spa was lovely but quite busy during the day, with people having physiotherapy sessions in the pool. Part of the hotel...

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights last week. It is in a beautiful location with stunning views over the lake. The 201 bus stops right outside and runs very frequently. We booked a double room with lake view but were amazed to find we had a fully equipped suite. The service was excellent. I requested gluten free bread...

We stayed one night here to see a gig at the Montreux Jazz Festival. Basement parking was convenient but cost extra. The room had a great view of the lake. It also had a massive portable (and unnecessary) air conditioning unit taking up one corner. We didn't use the spa. Some of the building the hotel occupies seems to be...

Stayed in a Lake View Suite which was extremely large. Also had a large balcony with a wonderful view. Whilst it’s a little out of Montreux, we actually found that a plus. You can walk to town along the waterfront, or catch the bus that stops directly outside the hotel. The room was quiet and we slept with the balcony...

The staff could not have been more friendly they helped us when we needed them, and the rooms were massive, clean, with kitchen, dining area, sitting area, small balcony, Transport was on doorstep and how clean it was, and a short walk down to Lake Geneva.
