Davide was very helpful, the appartment was very good equipped in a practical way (some coffee, sugar, salt, pepper etc.) and he gave us a little bottle with olive oil (his own production, tasted very well) which we could taste and use it the days of our stay at his nice place. We had a nice view down the hill...

My family and I just returned from a wonderful stay at the Farmhouse Poderaccio. The setting was absolutely perfect. With beautiful views of Florence and a lovely pool, the villa had everything we needed. Davide and his family were very gracious hosts. We would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended.

Traveling mid-April, we couldn't find a place to stay near Florence where we could park our car. We Googled and happened upon the agriturismo, Poderaccio, in the quaint town of Incisa. Without a reservation, we took a chance that they would have room for us -- what an amazing location and experience!!!" We stayed in the romantic English Oak Apartment...

We chose this place to host 12 adults and 2 children from our family that came from different countries for our wedding! We occupied all the appartments and had the whole space and common area for us. We can say that all appartments are all new and very clean. The pool and the area outside were very important since we...

The host was very welcoming and helpful and the area around the agriturismo was beautiful and peaceful. Il Poderaccio is situated in a beautiful, quiet part of Scandicci, in the hills above the Arno valley with a view to the north. The village of San Martino all Palma is a short walk away and some great country restaurants are not...

This was my first Agriturismo, and I had made the booking on the fly so needless to say I wasn't entirely prepared for what was to come. For instance, you genuinely need a car to travel back and forth from the location. The host was amazing and kind enough to drop us at the nearest tram station (5-10min drive) which...

On one hand you have the peace of the countryside and on the other hand, you are in no time in busy Florence. The owner is very friendly and gives you usefull information about the surroundings. We stayed in the Maestrale one bedroom apartment for 8 nights. Sadly Davide and his family were away on holiday so we had no one that could speak English to help with any enquiries. Our italian was very minimal. His mother and father did their best to make us feel welcome. The pool was very clean and a welcome respite...
