Stayed 4 nights with an O/U tour. Room was in one of the outbuildings (Room 5). At first we did not have any heat but the hotel staff got right on it and corrected the problem. We ate group dinners at the Villa restaurant and they were excellent. Room was clean and had a fantastic view of the countryside. Breakfast... More

We found Villa Lecchi online, choosing it based on positive reviews and also for its location in Tuscany that allowed us to take daily driving tours to hill towns we wanted to see. All the reviews referred to the family that runs the hotel and we can only confirm that they are wonderful. The welcome couldn't have been more positive... More

Driving through Tuscany, I stayed here for a few nights, years ago, I loved the room with its 14th century art. The anti chamber into the room, I was treated like royalty. The food was amazing, the wonderfully warm people who own this Villa, its a true credit to you and thank you for the tip in Prato.

Our Odyssey tour group spent four nights at Villa Lecchi. Our room was in the main house, on the first floor. It was clean, cool, and comfortable. The food was outstanding. The view from the terrace— beautiful. The Villa is run by a family. They are truly wonderful, welcoming hosts. The title of this review says it all. The perfect... More

This was one of our favorite places to stay during our trip to Italy. We were with Smithsonian tours, and stayed here for 4 nights while making day trips to the surrounding towns in Tuscany. This place has great food, wonderful rooms, and attentive hosts. Laura and her family are what make this hotel so special. This villa sits on... More

Our second stop in Italy was at Villa Lecchi which is family owned. The owners and staff are absolutely amazing. There is so much history here. It is located off the beaten path but the views are breathtaking and so worth the drive. Food is so awesome and the best we've had so far! If we ever come back to... More

Villa Lecchi gets a five star review because of the wonderfully attentive staff which are family members! Everyone from Laura to Giacomo, went beyond what you would expect from an excellent hotel. In fact my wife and I became lost getting there, but Giacomo stayed with us by cell, and step by step to got us there, then he showed... More

This villa, located on a hilltop overlooking the Italian countryside, provides a remarkable visit to the life of the area. Most importantly, it is managed and run by a family, who make every effort to see that the comfort, the amenities, the cuisine, every aspect of one's visit are all pleasurable. We had a wonderful four-night stay, delicious breakfasts and... More

At least two of the North American Tour companies, Odyssey and Smithsonian, use Villa Lecchi as their multi-night Tuscan base for visits to Florence, San Gimignano , etc. The family owned and operated villa, with I think four generations actively participating, do a great job of managing this unique place and are always busy ensuring that guests are comfortable. The... More
