Me and my wife stayed for a wonderful week in I Melograni del Chianti last September. This was our first time in Tuscany, and we did choose this destination to celebrate our 25 years of marriage. This peaceful and charming place was excellent for the occasion and the service and help we received from Sereba and Elena was invaluable. Not...

This was my first trip to Italy and I can honestly say that our stay at I Melograni del Chianti was wonderful. Both Serena and Elena were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. We would definitely recommend this property and would stay there again. It is centrally located between Florence and Sienna making it very easy for day trips to the surrounding...

What a wonderful country side, awesome nature and great facility. This could be one of the best places I ever stayed in, If you want to stay in a decent place, in the centre of Tuscany (45-60 minutes driving distance from Florence and 30 minutes from the beautiful San Gimignano) and very reasonably priced hotel, this should be your destination....

We stayed here for 5 nights (two couples) in a two bedroom apartment in August. I Melograni del Chianti is stunning and Serena and Elena were both fantastic hosts. We arrived slightly earlier than planned on our first day, which was not a problem. As we were on a riding holiday we had storage for our bicycles. One evening we...

We loved the location of this property in beautiful Tuscany. Serena, our host was so friendly and helpful. The accommodation was nice, except for the extremely hard mattress that we could not sleep on. We ended up going to Ikea in Florence to buy a mattress topper. We would not recommend this place because of the hard beds. If you...

This was our first time in Italy and we couldn’t have picked a better home base from where to explore Tuscany by rented car. Here's the breakdown: VILLA: Large and beautiful stone villa with 7 apartments of various sizes (details on website). We stayed in the two-bedroom Cantina which has a small backyard with a table, chairs and a lounge...

“I think with this particular property any of the room locations would work well in the conditions in which we stayed (Sunny, Temperatures mid 20s c. and no rain). We only experienced unit #5 which was a great size for a couple and had a semi-private patio which we used extensively for breakfast and dinner. We could not connect to WiFi from our unit and had to go to the central area by the pool to check email etc.. This was not a great inconvenience in the kind of weather we had, however could prove awkward in rainy weather.”
