It was a really wonderful stay. The staff was very accommodating but made our stay relaxed and enjoyable. The facilities were clean and all had a wonderful view of the Tuscan countryside. I would highly recommend staying here.

I was at "La Moraia" on last Sunday and it was very horrible., It was difficult to find the house and the owner., They withdrawed the deposit right after the reservation. The rooms wasn't the same as the pictures, it was cold at 2PM and this is interesting because we agreed from my arrival time. (already withdrawed deposit! ) The... More

Great stay, we loved the Villa. It is located in the heart of Tuscany, on the hill. You can see magnificent views, peace and quiet. Very helpful and kind owner and staff. On arrival we were presented a bottle of local wine, and the owner advised a lovely restaurant nearby. The Villa is situated on the way between Florence and... More

Not sure if they gave us the worst room in the place because they were full or just didn't care. The sofa bed was filthy. Our room was full of spiders and cob webs. The pool was dirty and full of bugs. The deck chairs were broken and run down. After hours there is no one at the property and... More

My fiancee and I stayed 2 nights here while attending my buddy's wedding in Siena. The room was beautiful; clean and well-maintained. The windows had screens on them, a rarity in Italy, and this made for pleasant nights with no mosquitoes getting indoors. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The area is very quiet, and the property has a... More

We chose it because of location but the farmhouse is not as it should be in Tuscany. Looks like somebodys investment with hired people that dont even stay overnight. For dining you have to drive to Pogibonsi what is not very pleasant considering road to farmhouse. We could not pay even by card there while to locate an ATM in... More

This is a great place. We stayed for a week with our two young children (2 and 15 weeks) in the extremely spacious Colonica 1 apartment and it was perfect. We'd initially booked the Stalla apartment with the private terrace but found the layout not great for children (although would be fine for a couple). No problem though - we... More

Unfortunate I had to stop for one night at La Moraia Hotel. The initial price was very attractive, however I discovered afterward an extra charge of 15EURO per person per stay for cleaning the rooms!!!! as if they were not oblidged to clean the rooms after my stay. They also charged extra the usage of the heating!!!!! I used Booking.com... More

I stayed there for three days in December during the Christmas Holidays. The scenery is wonderful and it is a quiet place for vacations. Of course, it will be better if you drive a car. The hosts are great people with dedication and passion. That is what I like about Italians. They enjoy life and provide others the quality service... More

“I do not remember the names of each apartments, but for information me and my friends rented almost all the apartments last time, and no-one was disappointed. You can either stay in the big house, where there are more "apartment feeling". the apartments on the upper floor are very bright and luminous and you have a fantastic view of the landscape and the valleys. The other apartments feels more like you have your own place, like a small villa with furnitured terraces.”
