Hotel is in a very nice building with a nice garden and pool. Room is okay (could have been cleaner), but the street passing by the hotel is very noisy as it connects Montepulciano to Pienza and also has quite some traffic at night. Without the street would be great. Hotel is not exactly cheap.

Beautiful from the in- and outside! Cozy rooms, super comfortable bed, chic bathroom, great breakfast, super nice service and yummie dinner. I was only a little bit disappointed that our Lasagna was cold in the inside, which was a pitty. We didn't want to make trouble because of it but please serve in the future dinner rather hot than lukewarm....

We booked this to have a relaxing few days after doing a week long tour of the towns and cities in Tuscany. We arrived a bit early but we were checked in and given a map etc and the room was ready which was great. The room (Sangiovese) was lovely. Nice and big with double doors and a big bathroom...

We were travelling round Tuscany and this was one of the highlights of our stay. A beautiful room with lovey linen and towels. Pool is beautiful with views looking back towards Pienza. A relaxing hammock. Food was excellent, service wonderful and the family very welcoming, friendly and helpful. A must stay if you are in the area!

My family and I were staying in Lucca and in search of a restaurant where we could experience the beautiful Tuscan countryside. Tenuta San Pietro turned out to be the place. We had a lovely dinner on the terrace at sunset, where the views of the valley below were astounding. The owner and staff made us feel at home, and...

Wonderful room with it's own access from outside as well as from the hotel. Lovely hotel, farmhouse converted in a simple but stylish manner. The owner is interested in cars and we were on a driving holiday so chose this for its safe parking. He is happy to provide lots of information on good roads and places to visit near...

Great beds, very clean, lots of couches both indoor and out to relax. The pool was beautiful and had spectacular views of Pienza and the valley. Their own wine and olive oil was fabulous. Great hospitality and spoke wonderful English. Food could have been a little better and the Wi-Fi was spotty.

Tenuta Santo Pietro is a great agriturismo! It's located between Pienza and Montepulciano and is a beautiful little get away in the countryside. The rooms were a little dated and I saw some spiders but the rest of the property was beautiful. The staff, especially Francesca was so helpful and friendly!! Giuseppe is the owner and he was very nice...

Great pasta and cheeses and setting is spectacular but I think more more tourists than locals. There could be more focus on service but have to say they were very polite and easygoing Wine a bit pricy is the only negative note Not sure what else to write to fill up the space so that kind of sums up the...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
The new owners of Tenuta Santo Pietro recently completed a loving and total restoration of the property to maintain the integrity of its historic 13th-century structure while offering all the modern comforts that will make you feel at home. The inn is fully air-conditioned (windows are also screened so you can enjoy the Tuscan air) and has wireless access and TV in every room. Each of Santo Pietro's twelve bedrooms has its own marble bathroom, and offers a welcoming bed with exquisite Italian-made linens, down pillows and comforters. An expansive manicured lawn sits off the back of the house, along with several patio areas, comfortably furnished so you can sit and look out over the terraced lawn to the pool and to the town of Pienza beyond.
