Great stay here at the end of March. The rooms are immaculate, staff lovely and food very good and plentiful. Very homely and made to feel very welcome by the owners and staff. Would definitely stay again.

Stopped here as a group of 14. Overall the hotel is what we expected of a 3 star Italian ski hotel. Rooms were reasonable size and nice and clean and warm.location is good, about 8 to 10 minute weak to lift. Ski locker in basement. Food is a very basic breakfast, same every day. Evening meals pre ordered the night...

We stayed at this hotel with Crystal Ski. Ok hotel in good location with easy access to the slopes. Although hotel a little dated served it's purpose. Bedrooms decent size with plenty of towels which were changed daily and lots of hot water. Staff very friendly. Food very basic and a bit boring by the end of the week. However...

Lovely clean hotel. Staff was lovely once we interpreted off google as the was very bad language barrier. Very disappointed to get a bill at the end of the week for hot water but normal water was free surly if there was a kettle provided in the room this wouldn't of been a problem? Also we thought with half board...

We stayed at this hotel for 4 days around Italian Ferragosto where it was very hard to find free rooms. However, friendly staff of the hotel accepted our e-mail reservation. It is ideally located near many cabin lifts and we used a guest card for only 1€ a person per day which gave us access to all of them. So...

I am, as our American cousins might say, conflicted. Eden is an efficiently OK hotel. It is clean, the food is fine and the staff pretty friendly. But there's just something missing and I think it might be atmosphere. Dinner is served politely but briskly, the bar is lit brightly but harshly and the rooms are cleaned efficiently but on...

Was here for a week skiing with Crystal and found the hotel exceeded my expectations given its price bracket. The hotel is fairly basic, but it is clean, the beds are comfortable, we never ran out of hot water and certainly didn't go hungry. (Food is more of a home cooked style rather than fine dining - but it's all...

Although there is nothing fancy about this hotel, it does what it says on the tin! The staff are friendly and will chill your champagne in their fridge! Mariana, our waitress was very accommodating and pleasant. The food was good and plentiful. The rooms, whilst small, are kept clean and everything was in working order. It was nice to sit...

Stayed here 02/04/2016 -09/04/2016. What a lovely friendly place. Nothing was too much trouble. They have a great ski/boot room, complete with boot warmers. The dining area is functional, but meticulously clean & well managed & arranged. The rooms again, very clean with a great shower, lots of hot water. We had booked quite late, but was not disappointed &...

Good points, clean with friendly staff & helpful if you don't like the menu. Bad points, the heating was only on twice a day resulting in cold & very very damp rooms dispite complaints by guests. Bedding & cloths felt damp with black mould in the corners of the room. It was impossible to dry ski wear, made worse by...
