The Italian village of Sant'Agata sits high above Sorrento which can be reached by foot down a steep path. It has amazing views of Sorrento and the Bay of Naples. It takes about 45 minutes from the hotel walking, alternatively there is a frequent public bus service from the village. The hotel is family run, has nice rooms, well decorated and...

I can't say enough good things about the staff at this hotel, they were extremely helpful and friendly throughout our stay. They even went out of their way to make us feel more comfortable when they realised we were conscious of being some of the youngest people there (Mid 20's). The food at the hotel is excellent and of a...

My husband and I stayed for 10 nights at this wonderful, family run hotel in late September, early October. On arrival we were allocated a lovely, spacious room in the Annex with high ceilings and a west facing balcony to enjoy the sunset on an evening. The room was tastefully decorated in a traditional Italian style and had all of...

The staff were extremely helpful. We arrived on a rainy afternoon, tired after an early start. We were provided with lunch and made to feel at home. The location is quiet but it is easy to get out and about.

I stayed several times at this hidden gem in Massa Lubrense. The management of this hotel make you feel at home and like you are part of your family. Everything is clean and spotless. It is truly and amazing experience. My only complaint is that I did not stay long enough. 3 nights is never enough! Thank You Gian Luigi...

I was allocated this hotel on arrival at Naples Airport having flown from Inverness, Scotland. I had got the last seat on the aircraft, one from the Small Planet Airlines fleet, for this holiday organised by Newmarket, having enquires via a local travel agent less than a week before departure. On arrival at the St Agata, which was approx 10pm,...

Just back from a lovely week here, and we're happy to recommend it. The hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful. We were lucky with the weather for almost the whole week, and spent some time sunbathing around the pool, but in mid-October the water was too cold to go in. We were in a room in the external...

Excellent waiter service in the restaurant. Beautifully appointed bedroom with ample space. The standard of cleanliness both internally and externally was very high. The external landscaping all around the building and outdoor pool was very attractive. Reception staff could not have been more helpful

The staff in this lovely hotel could be used to train staff in other establishments how to get it right. They are courteous, pleasant and genuinely wish to please. I cannot praise them enough! The hotel is spotlessly clean and comfortable with a lovely pool area that we often had to ourselves. Although the pool bar was not staffed, there...
