I was with a Scottish Dance Band and a large number of dancers! The hotel and staff rose to the challenge! It is a friendly family run hotel complimented by it's friendly and efficient staff. We had beautiful views across the Bay of Naples to Vesuvius from our room. Meals - Breakfast - plenty of choice. Evening meal - we...

We spent a week at the Grand Hermitage Hotel, it was amazing. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with a smile and the staff couldn't do enough to make our stay enjoyable. We had a room overlooking the sea and the views were breathtaking, the room was traditional and very clean with the towels changed and room cleaned...

I went with an American dance group that stays in this hotel every summer. The staff was friendly and helpful with everything. My airline had lost mine and my friends baggage and I never had to worry about contacting the airline because the hotel staff took care of everything. The hotel room was clean and I had a beautiful balcony...

We stayed in the Villa, just a 2min walk from the hotel and could not have been happier with our choice of hotel. The room was clean, cool and with a lovely view. We used the shuttle bus service to Sorrento town most days, it was always on time and just a short 20 min drive with beautiful scenery -...

We stayed here during the first two weeks in November. Situated several kilometres outside Sorrento at Sant'Agata, the rooms on the seaward side of the hotel offer a stunning panorama of the Bay of Naples and the brooding splendour of Vesuvius. The staff are outstanding. The village of Sant'Agata is just a few minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel...

Just come back from our holiday in Sorrento. The hotel was great. Amazing view from the balcony over looking jaw dropping Neapolitan bay and Mt Vesuvius. All staff were so friendly and helpful. Room was clean and the deco was traditional. My partner and I had lovely time there. Although a bit of distance from the Sorrento town (that's why...
