I stayed here for three nights whilst in Ireland on business. Check-in was quick and easy, and the welcome friendly. The room was clean and tidy and a good standard, the bed was comfortable and I slept well. I ate in the lounge each evening, and for breakfast. They food was ok, and portions generous. The selection at breakfast was pretty decent. I can’t fault any of the staff I met. The only slightly odd thing was the front door being locked until 7:30, and despite the rooms having a card entry system the front door was not on this system. This meant after going for my morning run I had to use the intercom to get night porter to let me back in. Overall though I’d happily stay here again.
We called in for a meal. There were no gluten free options except a Caesar salad. This was not nice atall. The salad was served 30minutes after we ordered. The 2 other meals still had not arrived 45 minutes later. Finally when we asked they were served with no apology or explanation for the delay. When I asked another server what had caused this delay, she said, "I haven't got a clue". Nor, seemingly did other member of staff. Very disappointing
From start to finish we had a great three night stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and fresh. The bed was comfortable. The food was delicious. Can't wait to return later this year.
Faultless experience at a recent function in Headfort Arms Hotel, food was outstanding at the function, staff very friendly and helpful, basic but very clean and comfortable bedrooms. Wish I had time to experience the Spa
Headfort School Auction evening. Well done Headfort Arms. food good. Service quick. Staff friendly and helpful. Good value for the rooms we stayed in. Rooms clean and comfortable. We had a good Breakfast.
Every single member of staff was really friendly and so accommodating. The rooms were perfect, the food was great and the atmosphere in the whole place was 10 out of 10. Highly recommend a break here!
We all enjoyed the service and the facilities at the Hotel and look forward to retuning soon. Natalie on reception was a ray of sunshine an d could not have been more helpful from start to finish. Th e food served was very good.
I had a wonderful stay in The Headfort arms hotel. Check in went very smoothly. Staff very friendly and helpful. I had a lovely Massage in the Spa ( which I would highly recommend ) The food was fantastic, Very tasty indeed.....Service was quite slow, but it didn't matter to me because I wasn't in a hurry and the wait was worth it. I know there's a shortage of staff everywhere. I guess we all just have to get used to that. The bedroom was nice and very quiet so I got a great sleep. I would definitely stay here again.
We had a fantastic stay in the Headfort Arms, from the time we checked in the staff and service was amazing. There was a wedding on the same day and it didn't take anything away from our time, from our evening meal to the service at breakfast. So nice to have breakfast served to us and we had a treatment in the spa rooms and it was so relaxing. We will be back.
