George the manager was brilliant .On arrival on Saturday night he met us in the very quite street and told us to put are bags in our room and took us to a local Greek taverner.On arrival he said what would you like to eat and drink and he wanted to pay.The next morning he met us with a bacon...

Our stay at the Smaragdine Beach Hotel was perfect, George the owner really looked after everyone, he was always very pleasant and cheerful, and gave good advise on the best taverns and local interest. the owner of the hotel is very attentive and has never meant to offend somebody. he just wants to ale your holiday better, not bad. The hotel is central and basic which is what you would expect but the owner George is a tyrant we got told off for not turning up to the wecome meeting with rep and told off for taking our room key out with us he expected you to leave it on a tray in reception area that was not covered...

stallis as a resort is lovely. it has great restaurants, excellent irish bars and great beaches, but as for the smaragdine, it is not a return destination. the rooms are small and never cleaned, we never got clean towels throughtout our week stay. bed clothes are changed every seven days, and our tissue bins in the loo were not emptied...
