This small hotel is situated very close to sea (paxeia ammos beach) in Palaioxora, south of Chania, Crete. The rooms are comfotrtables and bathrooms are enaugh large. all the rooms have balconies. The owner / manager NIKI could help you for everything.

stayed at the Poseidon apartments 300 metres from the hotel in a ground floor room. very clean and modern for Greece. cleaned every day. bedding and towels changed Saturday/Tuesday. air con was included and used only at night.. very central to both beaches and quiet on an evening. would return here without a doubt no cooking facilities in room but...

Probably the largest and most comfortable room I have found in southern Crete. The bed was huge and the terrace overlooking the beach was spacious and provided with comfortable chairs. Lots of hot water at all times of day and night. The friendly and helpful receptionist couldn't have done more to make our stay comfortable.

Our travel agency, Allibert in France, had booked four rooms in Hotel Poseidon for one night for us. The reservation had been made in May 2015 for a stay in September 2015. When we arrived at the hotel, the owner, Niki, told us that the hotel was fully booked and that we had to stay in another "pension", Pension Eleni....

We have stayed with Niki for many years now and she always welcomes us back with open arms. Nothing is too much trouble and rooms are comfortable and clean. We have also stayed in the Poseidon apartments and they are comfortable, clean and also have wifi. We love Paleochora and return whenever we can.

We stayed at the Hotel Poseidon from 30 May to 6 June 2015. We were welcomed at 1.30 am by the owner Niki who is the most charming and hospitable person you can think of! The 1 room apartment was quite small, but very clean and with a nice balcony. The wifi signal in room 10 was very weak, but...

Here with different family members this time. We find this a most comfortable hotel, and Niki a lovely hostess. Not that everything works perfectly first time but easy to get fixed and never too much trouble. Great location for beaches, town and all the restaurants. Unfair on other good hotels in the area, but we would not consider staying anywhere else...

The spacious apartments in the main hotel building are spotlessly clean and have a useful kitchenette where you can prepare breakfast. The building is modern and of a high quality finish, and the owner, Nicki, is friendly and helpful. Paleochora is a quiet resort suitable for families and mature couples. The lovely blue-flag beach is just 50 yards from the...

We did not stay in the hotel, but in an apartment building about 200-300 meters away from the hotel. The apartment was recently refurbished and very delicate and modern. One of the best we ever had in Greece. Room service was good. The rent was resonable. Nothing to complain about!

Good high quality bedrooms, generous balconies and comfortable beds. The rooms were clean. The hotel has a lift but there are three steps to the lift. It's not really an hotel as their are no other facilities other than the rooms. The hotel is close to the main street and the sandy west facing beach.
