These cottages are situated about 1.5km out of the centre of Paleochora in a very quiet area. Unless you like walking, car hire or taxi is suggested (a taxi costs €5 from the town centre). These cottages are superbly appointed, clean and decent with lovely local owners living on site. There is a wonderful garden area to enjoy and relax....

My husband an I have being going to Paleochora for 10 years, and last year we found this gorgeous place. Georgia and Tomas are wonderful hosts, our accommodation was perfect and it hopefully won't be the last time we stay there. Our two weeks went by too quickly. We knew that we would need a torch and that it was...

Stayed for 4 nights, this was the other end of Paleochora to where we usually stay and it meant that we could visit two new beaches - although if you do wish to do so I recommend a car as it's quite a long walk in the heat to both the beaches and into Paleochora. Saying that plenty of visitors...

Great experience! Beautiful gardens, clean and practical cottages, great hospitality. Georgia and Thomas made us bread, gave us delicious olive oil and even some pomegranates from their tree. It was quiet and being just outside of town, the night sky was filled with stars and the milky way. We loved it there.

We stayed 5 nights. The place is isolated : 20 mn walking from Paleochora, so if you don't like to walk you need a car. We like to walk, and the road is very nice, especially by night, so it was perfect for us. The cottages are comfortable, well equipped and charming, the view from our terrace on the olive...

Set a little way outside the village in a lovely setting are the 4 or 5 cottages. Our cottage was rather dark - lights needed downstairs all day. Bed linen and towels were clean, the property was superficially clean but far from spotless. Dust on light fittings, wardrobe top, window frames and in corners. Kitchen equipment OK but sparse. Bathroom/toilet...

We stayed two nights at a cottage for 160€. The lady owner greeted us and showed us to the cottage, initially telling us how wonderful the cottages are, giving us some information about the cottages, then chatting about all sorts of things. The cottage itself is very nice and comfortable, the wooden finished first floor and stairs are beautifully done....

The owners and on-site hosts (Georgia and Tomas) were amazing. I've never encountered such kindness and hospitality. As a sole female traveler, I especially appreciated that the Olive Tree Cottages were a safe haven and hosts made me feel like I was visiting family. My cottage was large and comfortable and had a wonderful private balcony overlooking the stream and...

We had a beautiful and super cozy bedroom with pretty cottage wooden ceilings, very comfortable bed, and a spacious private balcony with gorgeous views of the sea, olive trees, and at night, outstanding starry night skies. The gardens that form the pathways to the cottages were unique and exceptional with nightengales singing in the morning, lemon trees, and a variety...

It was wonderful. Really relaxing. The cottages are all built in wood by the owner. Each cottage has a private garden, a terrace with sea view. The owners Thomas and Giorgia are very helpful for any need. They also out of courtesy offer olive bread and wine home made. Simply delicious. Giorgia takes care of the courtyard, a fragrant garden...
