This my second visit in a short space of time, first in august and now in december.. The Hotel is amazing! It is a stunning medieval style hotel with a rustic feel. All the rooms are different and absolutely gorgeous. The lauragais house is facing the view of the Pyrenees...The owner David Henry, is incredibly accommodating, catering for all your...

The most stunning place - gorgeous rooms, staff and gardens, perfect view and delicious food. Great location for a country break but near enough to visit some sites. Personal and intimate it really is something of a retreat. We had a suite and the space and decor were both outstanding. Loved it! Blog to follow soon

I travelled here with a group of about 14 family and friends. The first time I walked round the corner to see the pool and views and get a proper look at the building I fell in love. Everything about this hotel is to die for from the rooms to the pool. From the food, which is presented so beautifully...

Met up with over a dozen family and friends at this amazing hotel. The guys who run this hotel can't literally do enough for you. From the food and beer to the rooms and pool, you can't complain about anything. The food we eat last night was to die for; cooked to perfection and the presentation was stunning. You wouldn't...

Dear Adam, It's been 10 years now that we share the premises with our guests and can't actually remember better moments than when friends/families meet/privatize the place. Thank you for your kind words here, and another special thank to Carol and John who organised the party, which enabled us to meet so many special 1st class friends. As future is...

Chose this hotel last minute as a base for visiting the surrounding area of which we knew relatively little. We chose it based on the lovely photos and these really don't do it justice. The whole place, which is positioned at the top of a elevated part of the small town of Puylaurens, has been tastefully restored and is beautiful....

This hotel is truly intimate and a sight to be seen! The views are amazing and the food is out of this world! We enjoyed all of the bathroom amenities and the spacious living quarters! I highly recommend Cap de Castel as a romantic destination for two!

Beautiful hotel with stunning views , David and his staff were so professional and friendly , the three young men that looked after us especially during dinner were a credit to the hotel and made dining here a lovely experience . The food was also of superior quality with my dish of our holiday served here " sea bream "...

Stayed in the Cognac suite. A beautifully decorated, bright and airy room. The hotel has a real south of France feel to it. The hotel and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. Ate in the restaurant and had a delicious 4 course meal. Will definitely return to this hotel.

Fabulously stylish hotel which makes the most of its great position in Puylaurens with a vista south to the Pyrennes. Nice gateway entrance into the hotel's grounds from street at the rear of the hotel brings you round to the main entrance, outdoor seating area and pool all of which benefit of the amazing views over the Lauragais countryside. Beautifully...

This was our 2nd time to the Hotel and we love it, sweet, charming, boutique Hotel. Our room was upgraded on arrival, David and all the staff are so accommodating! We had arrived from a few full days at a Wedding and I was given a jar of local honey for my throat which was ruined from too much singing...
