We booked this hotel through Bookings for two nights, but something went wrong with our reservation and we only had a room reserved for one night. Thankfully the guy at the front desk was able to arrange alternate (and awesome) accommodations very quickly! The room was nice and spacious, with a patio overlooking the mountainside. There were flowers near the...

Exquisite hotel. The rooms are huge and all have a view. We had a king size be and a Jacuzzi. It is located in a beautiful valley, and you can walk as much as you want. Breakfast and dinner were very good. Everybody was very friendly.I loved Tito the dog, also very friendly.. It has wifi only on the lobby.

My family and I stayed in this hotel back in 2012, and enjoyed it immensely. (I should have left this review 3 1/2 years ago.) Staff was very friendly and courteous. I was stunned by the breakfast the first morning (our group of 6, plus one other small group of guests were the only ones in the hotel on June...

I liked the place. My wife, not so much. But...seeing as how I am writing the review... Pros: 1. Great location - easy to find, 5 to 10 minute walk down road into town, past everything you could possibly need. Restaurants, shopping center, post office, and finally in town more restaurants, souvenir shops, adventure providers, etc. At the hotel it...

They really need to upgrade their internet. Only in lobby. Rooms were beautiful, but they had lots of bugs and spiders. It is a cloud forest, so maybe it is to be expected. Some rooms are quite a walk from the main building. Wonderful staff. They were very helpful

Nice hotel. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Good breakfast selection. Close to town and the cloud forest park. Nice walk downhill to town but a bit of a climb back up. Some restaurants nearby if you dont fancy a hike into town. Nice short walk to a small lake and woods near the...

The service was very good, kind people make you feel welcome. The room was quite confortable and clean, private, and with a pretty view. The location is ideal, walking distance from the small downtown and the many stores, coffee shops and restaurants around the area, but not so close to feel the somewhat crowded environment in downtown. The hotel is...

Stayed for 2 nights last month. Pretty decent hotel with large rooms and private balcony with great views. Very neat small bar "Bar la Montura" with the same great views on the property. Rooms could use updating but were clean. Food was good, but not incredible. Staff were very friendly and location was good. Wi Fi only worked in the...

This is a very nice hotel and is close to things to do. The property is beautiful. It is great to take a walk early in the morning. You see so many beautiful birds. The rooms are very spacious, clean and well kept. I only have one suggestion: Do something to keep the doors from slamming.
