Stayed here for 3 nights - Jose at the front desk welcomed me in and helped me get settled in town. They offered to help book any activities at no charge - extremely friendly staff. Very clean hotel B&B - rooms were clean and in good condition. The shower drainage was a bit slow sometimes. Bed was alright. Stairs (about one flight) are needed to access rooms so be mindful of that. WiFi in room was good but terrace was the best speeds - about 85down /5 up on the terrace. Good enough for video chats or streaming. The view from the terrace was also great. Location is a 5 minute walk from center of town. 5/5
The Camino verde B&B was wonderful. Check in was easy, the rooms were comfortable, and we’re within walking distance of town for food, grocery stores, souvenirs, etc.. I rented a car, and they also have a dedicated parking lot 50’ from the hotel. Breakfast is included in the cost, and it was simple & freshly made each morning: eggs, plaintains, fruit, toast, etc.. we’re all available. This place comes at a great price, and I’d recommend it to anybody passing through the Monteverde region of your Costa Rica trip.
Stayed three nights and can only recommend. Chill place will a couple of rooms. Great comfort. Good location. Close to everything you need but still in the quite. Loved the breakfast options. You can arrange tours through then as well.
Visited there for 1 night with my wife. Justin at the reception was great, friendly and very helpful. Clean room, free coffee and tea, and an option to use the kitchen for cooking!!! Great location. Breakfast was very good. The balcony on the reception floor has a breathtaking view!!!
This B&B was so nice to stay at. The owner was super nice and gave us a tour of the B&B right when we arrived. They have a really nice indoor and outdoor sitting area and coffee is always ready and free to grab. They make you feel quite at home and you feel like you can make it your own space. The view from the patios is spectacular! The room was very clean and comfortable. They have free organic bath products that were really nice. I don't normally use the shampoo and conditioner provided by hotels but I used these and loved them. They have a very yummy breakfast, the pancakes were super fluffy. You can pick from several different meal options for breakfast. The B&B is within walking distance to many good restaurants. My boyfriend and I are vegetarian and had no problem finding something yummy to eat nearby (highly recommend Taco Taco). We were within a very short driving distance from a coffee/sugar cane tour, the Cloud Forest, and a zip-lining activity. The hosts are also available to book activities for you and provide lots of information on fun things to do in the area. I would highly recommend Camino Verde B&B.…
