I stayed here with Tucan Travel and I liked the place... despite the fact it's up quite a sharp hill which was a bit of effort to get up after a few drinks in town! It;s about a 5 minute walk down the hill to the main town. Beds were comfy and there were rocking chairs outside the rooms which...

Great view of the mountains from the large windows in the room. Relaxing place to stay. It was really nice to open the big windows and enjoy the fresh, mountain air. Quiet part of town, but only a 3 minute walk to the main part of "town".

It is located around 15 minutes walking from the center. We had a cabin with a big balcony and a spectacular view. It is a big room with a big bathroom. It is not new. The furniture and room is old. Windows are old with a lot of gap so many insects enter the room. The bed is not comfortable....

Loved this hotel. The hotel was a little away from the center of town, however this meant we were usually the last to get picked up to go on tours and first to get dropped off when returning from a tour. Which in my opinion was way more important than having to walk a short walk into town. The hotel...

The family that runs the hotel are so nice and helpful that it makes up for whatever few flaws there are. Place is nice and clean and the rooms has fridges. Only bad thing is that you can't flush paper in the toilet (as with many places in Costa Rica) but the bins they have doesn't have a lid

We had 2 rooms for our family with two teens. The hotel is very clean and safe. The room size was not very big, but we did not have any problem. We enjoyed the nice view from the front patios. The breakfast experience in the hotel was good. We all like this hotel. We also liked a local restaurant recommended...

The staff were very helpful in booking activities and for general information! One evening, our cab did not show up to take us to the night tour and the owner of the hotel told us not to worry and quickly hopped into his car and drove us to where we had to be! A very warm, family run place. The...

The staff was very nice and helpful. Very friendly, they was only one person that speak english, but she was there all day. 5 min walk from center of town, quiet, clean. Room is ok, it's not a 5 start hotel, but it's a nice cheap place. We stay there 3 night with our 11 years old son, and every...
