Love this place, great stuff, super nice accommodations, clean, beautiful grounds... Brandon makes the best cocktails, Eddy suggested the best wine to pair our meal, food was very good. Robin thank you so much for making sure our stay was what we want it... definitely recommend it and will go back again.

If you are looking for a paradise getaway, don't look any further. This is an absolutely stunning place, away from the noise, where you can just relax and do absolutely nothing. If you don't want to leave (stay away from Manuel Antonio, it's not worth the trip, unless you are a "touristy" type), you don't need to. An absolute gem....

Clandestino was perfect for us, but may not be for everyone. We stayed for a week, had a rental SUV and did day trips. There is lots to do within 1-2 hour drive. Manuel Antonio, Park Ballena, Dominical, Naucayo Fallls and Rainmaker. Perfect holiday !! Pros- On the beach with amazing sunsets and rises, quiet low-key place, very clean, amazing...

The location is stunning. The videos of the hotel corresponds to its location and privacy. The hotel with staff is at 5 stars level. The cuisine is at an extremely high level, including the drinks. The strongest asset of Clandestino is its location and no commercial or 'Mecca' of toursim. I can highly recommend this to any person, couple or...

This is a very comfortable hotel. Everything in the room worked and the air conditioning was quiet. For being out in the middle of nowhere this is quite a feat to accomplish in Costa Rica. It is far from everything so if you are looking for activities, this is not the place for you. The only reason I gave it...

This is in the middle of no were. Unless you plan to stay the whole time in this resort it might be OK for one of two days. However even worse is the customer service. I had to call to make some changes and ended up talking to this terrible woman who could care less. She was just short of...

We stayed at Clandestino Beach Resort from Jan 27 to Feb 2. I was a little apprehensive going to a resort that was not all inclusive. The location is remote, but that's what makes it so amazing. We had the beach to ourselves most days and when we saw others on the beach they where not close by. The pool...

We stayed at Clandestino for three nights and I wished we had stayed longer. The location is just amazing and one morning I went for an hour long beach run and saw nobody. My girlfriend and I arrived here a little sceptical because (to cut a long story short) booking our room here had been a bit more cumbersome than we liked (especially for newyear's eve). But apart from that, we have nothing but praise for the Clandestino: we enjoyed a fabulous room and bathroom ("Queen" type in our case), a lovely pool,...
