Certificate of Excellence
Beso del Viento is a charming hotel located on the beach of Palo Seco Island. Fauna and flora are exceptional as the hotel is on a peninsula between the Pacific ocean and mangrove. Pool is surrounded by coconut palms in a beautiful tropical garden. Oasis of tranquillity and charm close to many activities. For the diner, French food to enjoy.

We've stayed at Bieso del Viento only for one night so my review is based on my experience during that time, therefore my rating of 4. The B&B is secluded, you are far away from the fuss of the Quepos area and road so you get the most if you want to relax away from

Absolutely Loved this place! The location is in nature right across from a peaceful, uncrowded (like almost no one) beach. The owners are wonderful, Elizabeth has lovely french touches throughout and although it is not fancy, is very charming and tastefully decorated, and

Let’s be honest, the place is Lovely, the location is perfect if you are looking for calm and relaxation. It would be worth 5 stars. But... the place is also highly overpriced compared to other hotels in Costa Rica for let’s say about 25%. - For 100 USD the room has no AC

Hola, you have paid for en hotel just in front of the Pacific Ocean, on a secluded 12 kilometers beach, not 100 dollars as you said but 89.10 that means in euros , as you are from Belgium, 78 euros. As you very well specify it, everything is explain in the reservation platform you reserve trough. There are more hotels on the beach and even so, you reserve in our place, knowing the rules , strange, isn’t ? And yes we have a continental breakfast not a fool meal with rices and beans. Our breakfast is made with fresh fruits , fresh juice, real French bread , real butter , as a resume I will say that if you don’t make the difference between good and bad quality, it’s a pity. In a small 12 rooms hotel, it’s hard to be flexible concerning the checkout, it’s at 11.30 and other guest are arriving at 2 pm, the maids need this time to make a perfect job as they are doing very appreciated by our guests by the way. But you have a little bit twisted the truth, you asked for a late checkout at 2 pm and I deny it , however you release your room at 12 Am and I offer you to keep your pool towels to stay by the pool until 2 pm , it doesn’t seem to me to be such an inflexible person, for some people truth is a subjective concept. Sincerely yours. Elisabeth, owner.

I stayed three nights at Beso del Viento and I really enjoyed my stay there. I came to relax in a quiet setting and Beso del Viento is perfect for that. Beso del Viento is placed close to a very secluted beach, even though it is not that far from Parrita. It is beautiful

We were two couples of good friends, not interested in big resorts. We wanted a cozy small hotel to enjoy a short week-end, with good food, a swimming pool and beach. We got what we wanted and paid for, only top of the line. Food is served only at night and with reservations

Hola, I'm Elisabeth , owner of Beso del Viento, it's easy to take a taxi from here to Parrita, which is a little town with banks, grocery, pharmacy, all the essentials thinks, a ride to Parrita is $10. There is no public transportation from Parrita to the beach. But there is public transportation from Parrita to Manuel Antonio Natinal Park. If you want to relax in a very quiet place, love fine french food at night, only on previous reservation, this is your place. There are another options to get lunch or dinnner at night and it's true that it's easier with a car. For lunch or dinner, there is a place at 800 metersof Beso del Viento if you like to walk on the beach. I want to thank Mylene A for the information she provides you. Best regards. Elisabeth
