My friend from England and I had a wonderful stay with Tish and Tony. Beautiful, tranquil surroundings and a brilliant tour of the battlefield's. The rooms are big and features a separate lounge/kitchen with a fridge and microwave oven. An experience never to forget.

This was our second visit and, as before, Tish and Anthony were excellent hosts. We thoroughly enjoyed our day at Spioenkop and Waggon Hill and Anthony shared his knowledge and insights which made it all come to life for us. He was also incredibly helpful in getting a puncture in one of our tyres repaired and even touching up the...

Arrived in drought struck Dundee worried about whether we could shower due to lack of water. Very pleasantly surprised, Clivia Place has a borehole so we had an awesome shower and enjoyed the glorious lush garden with its 2000 clivias and lots of bird life. We enjoyed a delicious oxtail at the Royal Country Inn who also make an excellent...

We spent one night at Clivia Place, following a superb tour of Isandlwana, Rorke's Drift and Fugitive's Drift. Tony and Tish were wonderfully accomomdating, booked us in at a lovely restaurant in town, and the breakfast the next morning was delicious. The cottage was extremely comfortable, secure, and away from the main house, affording us privacy. We also cannot recommend...

Clivia Place was just what we needed. Tish provides everything you need for a peaceful stay. My husband Rob and I felt as if we were in a garden of paradise. The sound of birds singing in the morning was music to our ears. Taking a morning stroll with coffee was my favorite way to start the day. We had...

What a pleasure to have spent the two nights at this Battlefields marvel. Clean, well managed, loved the garden and enjoyed the slumber. Made us most welcomed. The historic reviews and the secrets of the battlescenes. Loved every moment of the stay. Keep it up, Gogo and Mkhulu! From Mandla Mathapuna.

Very comfortable accommodation that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. We stayed in the cottage and found all the necessary attention to detail most welcome. Anthony and Tish were charming and helpful hosts. I don't think you will find a better guide to do the Battlefield tours with than Anthony. He's passionate about the history of the area. We all thoroughly...

We stayed here for three nights in the lovely garden unit with two en suite rooms and central kitchen/dining area. Lovely breakfasts by Tish. We spent two days with Anthony on his Battlefield Tours, which he covers with feeling and in great detail. Highly recommended.

“There is one cottage with two separate rooms, available for separate parties or one large group/family. One has twin beds and the other has a queen. We stayed in the queen bed room which was very nice. There are tv's but only 3 channels and nothing to watch.”
