We went to Mauritius in the month of December for our 1st anniversary accompanied by our couple friends who were celebrating their fifth . We don't like resorts which are crowded and that was one of the reason we went for Seapoint and our decision was so right !! As soon as

We booked Seapoint through Agoda. We did extensive research on Trip Advisor, they have the hotel as the ninth best in Mauritius. THIS IS LIE. We arrived at the hotel and us and our luggage were dumped on the street outside the hotel. We were met outside by the manager and the

Dear Janet1410, Thank you for your review. However let us tell you that your remarks are completely false. Our Manager effectively suggested you if you acccepted the standard room for your 1st 3 nights and then an upgrade in a suite for your remaining nights. However, this was only a suggestion and you were free to accept of refuse this proposal as your deluxe room was available at that time. You didnt like the hotel and this is your right but you have no right to do slanderous accusations towards our hotel or our Managers/Staff. Kindly note that all our transfers costs MUR 2500. We never charge transfers less than this rate. Therefore you cannot lie on the fact that less money was given to the driver. We have built our reputation on facts and efforts attributed to our customers and have deserved to be where we are. Regards

Oh I don’t know about this one. But they also do have a lovely villa on their property that can accommodate 4 people easily. They have one room with big twin beds and separate bathrooms and a nice living room area.
