We stopped for 3 nights in Ard na Coille for a break in the beautiful Spey Valley. Ard na Coille provided superb service, excellent accommodation and divine breakfasts. The attention levels of Jacquie and Mike, the hosts, were of the highest level. One expects certain levels of attention when in such places but the level we experienced went over the...

This is a lovely B&B situated just across from the Highland Folk Museum in Newtonmore. The owners were very kind and welcomed us into their home. Our room was pretty and had all the right touches to make our stay perfect. Breakfast was particularly nice. Don't skip the pastries! Yummy.

Ard-na-Coille Guest House is a hidden gem on the outskirts of Aviemore. Our room was very spacious, well equipped and spotlessly clean. We spent 3 nights there and Jacquie and Mike were gracious and welcoming hosts. Jacquie is a superb chef who loves spoiling her guests! Breakfasts were excellent and beautifully presented. We spent 3 days exploring the surrounding area...

Jacquie and Mike, thank you for being the perfect hosts for two nights of completely amazing hospitality. You were so friendly, so welcoming and worked so hard to make sure everything was perfect for us and all the other guests. Huge, luxurious room (we stayed in the four poster), exquisitely appointed and with amazing views. Breakfast was award winning, quite...

Sensational home-cooked breakfast, in particular the Eggs Benedict - the best we had during our entire trip. Very nice owners and great, huge rooms with amazing decoration and attention to every detail. Very cosy beds. The best stay we had during our 4 day trip.

Our beautiful four poster bed and exceptionally large room exceeded all my expectations. The house is lovely and spotless. There are lots of little things that add to the feeling that care is taken: fresh milk and complimentary water in the mini fridge in the room, good quality tea and a selection of biscuits, high quality toiletries, sky tv. Our...

Normally I don't write reviews. Only occasionally when some thing is very bad or exceptionally good. This B&B is exceptionally good. The room we stayed in was spacious with large bathroom. The whole house feels clean bright and welcoming. It was so nice that me and my wife decided to buy local food and eat dinner at the house instead...

Me together with my partner and my parents, visiting from abroad, have recently spent a night at this amazing place. Jacquie and her husband Mike were very welcoming and warm, making us feel special. We had 2 rooms to ourselves- our Superking Room overlooked a peaceful grassy slope with loads of rabbits which lead to a game- who would spot...

The hotel is directly across the road from the Folklife Museum, minutes from the village, and easy to find. Our room overlooked a peaceful, green hillside with rabbits running freely - lovely. The bathroom was great - large and good showers, tea and coffee maker, shortbread. Hospitality was above and beyond. Cleanliness superb. Learned that the stars of the cast...
