We booked this last minute after changing our itinerary when a storm was moving in. We also took the opportunity to visit Dalwhinnie distillery which is only a 20 minute ride from the hotel. The hotel had very friendly staff, good prices, complimentary breakfast, on site parking, comfortable rooms and good food in the pub. We had room 7 which...

We had a really lovely stay at this hotel, it is clean and has a really nice atmosphere, the most comfortable bed I have slept in, away from home. The staff were professional, courteous and friendly. The food was good, great value for money. My only downward comment would be our room only had a view of the car park...

This is a very nice village hotel situated close to the Cairngorms. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Meals are reasonably priced with good selection in both bar and dining room. Staff friendly and obliging . We were in transit for one night only but well worth a longer visit.

Having had some pretty meals around Aviemore I asked a passing walker on Braeriach if she could recommend a good restaurant. She said The Glen does good pub food and she was not wrong. We went here after climbing Braeriach and we were not disappointed. Good beer, good food reasonably priced and very nice staff. This kind of establishment is...

We stayed for one night and found it to be a very good hotel. The only complaint would be the room was a bit warm, but we do come from the north! The room had nice decor and clean and tidy. The bathroom was smart and had a good shower unit, but it might be a bit tight if you...
