Pretty extensive menu. I had the venison casserole with veg and chips and I was happy enough with it. Chips in...

Just stayed for 1 night with my partner, hotel was clean, comfortable and food was lovely. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, would definitely stay again! The owner even reserved us a table for dinner 'just in case' even though they were busy, fab hotel with fab service 😄

Stayed here one night for DBB couple of weeks ago. So nearly good. Lovely hotel, most staff wonderfully polite, the room was superb, clearly just refurbished. Let down by the evening meal experience. The guy at the bar we ordered food from had clearly noticed the sign on our head saying "we have leprosy" which we had somehow missed, such...

We are sorry that on this occassion we did not meet this reviewers expectations. Stayed for one night, bed and breakfast. Rooms were nice and linens lovely. We stayed in a room in the front above the bar, no noise from the bar but noisy road traffick on the morning. Breakfast lovely, continental and a full Scottish . We paid 69.00 and I was really pleasantly surprised how nice it is. I have paid...

We could not fault our stay at The Glen Hotel, the cleanliness, comfort, food and hospitality were all first class. There are plenty of things to do nearby and the staff will gladly make any recommendations. Will definitely be back - thank you Chris and team for making our stay such a great one.

If you want a great hotel with superb food and very friendly staff, look no further than the centre of the Scotish Highlands. This is the place to stay. Turn left or right and you are just a short ride from plenty of interesting places to visit.

Ate here twice during a recent week in Newtonmore. Excellent food at a very reasonable price. Nice to have Skullen Skink and the Black Pudding and Egg starter was particularly good. Pleasant bar eating area and friendly service. On the second occasion they were unexpectedly very busy (for a Thursday in January!) and we had not booked. They coped well...
