Went for breakfast here with some friends. The food was luke warm and took ages to arrive. The coffee was undrinkable. The service was poor. When are people going to realise that staff need training. Overall this was a poor experience which I certainly won't be repeating

Had a superior sea view room which was worth paying extra for, with one window and a French door with small balcony. The views were fantastic and as it was very hot while we were there we had lots of fresh air .The only downside were non residents talking outside but only up to half eleven . The food was a...

Nice location, though if you come in one particular way there is an unmade road to negotiate. Lovely walks across the cliff tops. Room was small and bathroom so tiny that if you sat on the toilet and stretched your legs they would be in the shower. Huge aircon unit dominated the small room but the good news was that...

Lovely salad nicoise but no olives. Tuna steak cooked well and a decent size but a long wait of an hour to be served. Fish and chips also nice but a tad bland. Go for the salad! Good that they allow dogs too. Great location for the beach and walks in Botany Bay.

Oh my goodness, the sea bream and crab linguine was amazing, Samphire made it extra special. Not good for the hips but lush. Hubby and son had similar experiences with their food. Steak and ale pie and a burger with the best chips ever. We will be back. X

My partner booked this as a surprise to cheer me up. It was a lovely drive. On check in we were given room 105 the corner on the bottom floor. Lovely room, nice little amenities and everything you might need. We went and ate in the restaurant- didnt really count the time as we watched the dog walkers and boats......

Great stay at the Botany Bay . Utterly fabulous location . We had the feature room - lovely large room with bay window and doors leading to balcony. No road noise at all just the seagulls from very early in the morning. Close to good walks all round the lovely bays and Botany Bay beach was wonderful at all times...

The hotel is in a stunning location overlooking the sea , the hotel has been refurbished and is very comfortable , food and drink is reasonable , however the customer service is poor with the exception of reception. A very long wait for the evening meal even though the table had been booked in advance . Drink orders forgotten ,...

My partner and I booked a room as part of a family occasion. We arrived late evening and were made to wait nearly 15 minutes before someone attended the check-in desk. Once we made it to our room we found a pleasant, clean room, with some nice touches. However: a small notice on the TV telling us not to turn...

We stayed here Sunday to Monday in July. Check in was easy and quick. Room 204 was allocated. Room spotlessly clean but like an oven as only 2 very small windows with the very small top part that opened. A fan was already installed so they knew the room was hot. Thank goodness it wasn't one of the hottest days...
