Went away with Love Holidays and Ryanair who messed up our transfer and lost some of our baggage, however the staff at the Hotel Europa were amazing, on arriving late they welcomed us with a cooked meal for all of us and also sorted out our return transfer, the waiter was extremely helpful with my granddaughters severe nut allergy, all of the staff were really friendly and helpful and the hotel is spotlessly clean, I would highly recommend this hotel

We stayed at Europa Splash for the first 2 weeks of September. Our holiday was fabulous from start to finish. The staff at the hotel were super friendly and could not do enough for us.We were given complementary drinks by the manager and looked after with everything we needed.Fabulous room with seaview and the night view of the verandah lit up was amazing.Already booked for next year and just cannot wait.

Where to start ... ** NOT BRIT FRIENDLY ** ** NOT ADULT FRIENDLY ** Arrived late evening after landing in Barcelona and went straight out to the bar next door we hated it on arrival. Consistently being shouted at by staff for making to much noise even during the day time. New Rules everyday. Entertainment was shocking for children and nothing for adults what so ever and finished at 10pm because of the Spanish Neighbours. Spanish complained about the noise from hotel and we was told to be quiet constantly. Every Brit hated it and all of us could not wait to leave. And I think most of the food was still alive? It 150% was not cooked and nothing for children! We did not pick this hotel we was put in it like most other British people! We was told off all the time whilst the Spanish guests ran wild and nothing was said to them. I could probably write so much more but I would not want to put you off. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

We arrived the hotel shortly before dinner ended but still got the chance to eat something thanks to the super friendly receptionist. However, we were very disappointed with the food. The floors of the restaurant at this point were very dirty making one lose their appetite. The food was not good at all. Children were playing over food, climbing on tables, touching food and putting it back on the buffet, screaming throughout the whole place. We got to our room...hair all over..bed, bathroom..everywhere. We managed to sleep that night despite how loud the corridors were. You could hear everything like you were in the same room with these people outside. We checked out the next morning after a breakfast which for me was rubbish. Orange juice tasted like some powder flavouring mixed with water. Again the receptionist was very understanding and polite as we checked out the next morning. The fact that the weather was poor and our travel agent was not helpful at all( Voyage Privé) almost killed our 1 week trip. This is my opinion...this hotel is not for me.

Went here at the end of August and had a wonderfully time , we had a sea view room on the 3rd floor and while wasn't huge we had all the space we needed ,was cleaned daily and towles changed if leave on floor in shower , the walk in shower was lovely , food I enjoyed my partner not so much but always found something nice to eat my son loved all the fruit and desserts and he was happy with food , the water park on site is really good and probz the main reason you will book this hotel and it didn't disappoint for first few days my son didn't want to leave the pool , we went into Barcelona twice train station is only a short walk from hotel and took 1 hour and was €5 per person , night time entertainment we didn't see much as we like to venture out at night but what we did see was OK son loved the reptile show and the magic show, we visited the sister hotel once for lunch and for son to use pool food there was also very nice and while he loved the pool it wasn't as good as one at our hotel , if I was ever to go back to Malgrat De Mar I would 100% go back here
