We stayed between 8-15th October 2016. We had a seaview room with balcony and the views were spectacular. The room itself was a good size and we didn't notice any noise at night. The good view is because the hotel is high up overlooking the marina which means that there are approximately 100 steps to get down to the marina,...

This hotel provides informal yet high standard, comfortable accommodation in a great location. We stayed a week in a second floor corner bedroom balcony and with views over both the hotel's well tended gardens and outdoor pool, and the picturesque harbour. The room was stylishly modern, with a generous en-suite and friendly, helpful staff in all of the hotel's services...

What I liked best was the dining experience. Absolutely delicious buffet selections at breakfast and dinner. But, the staff was great also. All were friendly, helpful, and efficient. The setting for the hotel is magnificent, overlooking part of Mahon's beautiful harbor. I loved the expansive terrace, as well as the large reception and lobby areas. I found the air conditioning...

r. We stayed here in early October, having previously been 9 years before. First the positives. This is a neo-colonial building, built in the fifties. Stunning position, attractive and spotless inside, pleasant staff, attractive grounds and pool, with a patio overlooking the harbour many hotels would kill for. Across the bay, Richard Branson rented the Venetian House for a year...

My wife and I stayed for a week as pasrt of a walking holiday organised by HF holidays. The location is ideal with easy access to the harbour and the town. The room was clean and had everything you could wish for. Our room was on the side of the hotel but you could still see the harbour through the...

Lovely hotel. Good food and very helpful, friendly staff. Not a big hotel so we didn't feel that we were lost in the crowd. Overlooks the harbour and the quayside is less than 100 yards away. We would definitely go again.

This was our second holiday at the Port Mahon,We will be returning again to this very comfortable and conveniently located Hotel overlooking the Port and local restaurants, although we found the food and wines in the hotel is of such good quality and value for money that we rarely strayed. We appreciated the relative peace and quiet and excellent service...

Attractive looking hotel situated on an elevated position with commanding views of the beautiful Mahon natural harbour. The view from the 'front' bedrooms certainly have the 'wow' factor. Weather permitting, spectacular 'sunrises'. Our room 211, with harbour view, was of adequate size, comfortable double bed, plenty of wardrobe space, hangers. Safe within the wardrobe (small deposit payable to reception). Nice...
