Visited from 8 Sept to 16 Sept, with my 19 year old daughter. I was hoping to book a superior studio but sold out on Jet2 so booked a 1 bed apartment. We arrived and the air con didn’t work but the receptionist came over straight away to sort it. We popped out and by the time we were back it was sorted….really impressive. The apartment worked well as I’m an early riser but my daughter isn’t. It was plenty big enough for the 2 of us and had everything we needed including a large balcony. The location suited us. It was a about a 10 min walk to start of promenade and then another 10 min walk to main areas. Lots of restaurants around the marina, promenade and back streets. We enjoyed the walk in the day and evening but usually got a taxi back (for about 5 euros). We did spend some time in the resort in the day but we often caught the bus to Ed Cana in the day as bus stop just outside apartments and a nice beach and beach bar there. Bus fare only 1 euro 55 each. We got a taxi to Ibiza town one eve and watched the sunset from the castle…it was stunning. I’d recommend the evening rather than the day as it gets very hot. We also got a taxi to San Antonio one evening. Pleased we went but sad to see so many hotels and bars shut…possibly an affect from the pandemic. We did a boat trip to Cala longa…a quiet resort but a lovely beach and sea. Visited the hippy market in Es Cana. Bus was full and didn’t stop for us so caught a taxi. Hippy market was Berry busy and hot but again pleased we visited. We didn’t spend much time at the apartments but we thought Jeffrey, the entertainer was really lovely and enthusiastic. We enjoyed a few late night drinks in the bar too. Different pools to choose from. The rooftop pool was stunning but not enough shade for me so we stuck to the one closest the bar. Hopefully you can tell from this review that there is lots to do if you want, or you can chill round the apartments if you want. Highly recommend

I cannot recommend this hotel , we stayed here for a week in September. Soon as we arrived the family feel was lovely. You can tell its family run. The pools are amazing so many to choose from and so much variety throughout the day for the kids. Jeffery the entertainment was fantastic , so friendly and made the holiday great, the kids sang on the karaoke and loved the magic show. There was football on in day for my youngest who made great friends and had overall a great time. The food in the restaurant was lovely and so reasonably priced, The chicken curry was delish Julie was so lovely and approachable , as were all the waiters, always happy to help and chat. There a little park at the hotel which is great and just down the road is a huge park that the kids loved, there are two super markets close by one left one right. A 15 min walk down to the beach/ marine shops , which is a lovely walk, lots of restaurants along the front. We would like to thank the hotel for a fantastic week in the sun, you made a family very happy after not being able to travel for over a year. So big huge Thank you !

We stayed a week in a superior one bedroomed room with a 1 year old. The hotel itself is lovely with 3 family friendly pools ranging from a splash pool to quiet pool etc. There is also an adults only rooftop pool but we never went. I’ll be honest the holiday was abit of a let down but some of this is due to the actual resort of Santa eulalia. So the hotel breakfast is not served until 10am, there is a snack bar but after 4its pizzas only until 7pm. The hotel is a good 15 minute walk into town so you get your steps in, but there are two supermarkets nearby. Our main issues where the lack of restaurants open before 7pm and the late breakfast served in the hotel. For a couple it would be lovely but for a family with young children I’d choose a different resort, we had a day trip to calla longa and it seemed a lot more family orientated.

We stayed here for 10 nights and had a great time. Our 2 toddlers absolutely loved the splash pool. There are another 2 pools, plus the rooftop adults only pool which was bliss away from the kids! 4 pools meant that it was hardly ever busy and you could always get a sunbed. We had some minor issues in our apartment, eg the bathroom door not closing properly, but the maintenance man repaired it straight away. Beds aren't the most comfortable but it's a 3-star place so to be expected. The animator/entertainer was a lot of fun and made the kids giggle. The best thing about this place is the fact that the bus stop to Cala Nova beach is right outside the apartment. 10-15 mins on the bus to the most gorgeous beach with restaurants overlooking the sea and crystal clear water. It's about a 10-15 min walk to Santa Eulalia which is one of the best places on Ibiza to stay for families since it isn't tacky like Playa d'en Bossa nor San Antonio. It feels like a proper town where Spanish people live so not too touristy. Definitely recommend.
