I have just spent 10 amazing days at this brand new luxury hotel. What else can I say than wow!! W Ibiza really redeemed its expectations and made our stay superb. I generally love W hotels vibe and their unconventional way to be relaxed yet chic lifestyle luxury.

As a Bonvoy gold elite member I got a nice upgrade to Mega room which had spacious living area, fabulous balcony overlooking the pool and a sea view. About services; there’s the Llama restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner, W Lounge, pool bar and special vegan restaurant VE cafe. Chirinquito Blue beach club is incredible place for lunch or dinners. Rooftop pool wasn’t open yet but will be amazing for sure once opened. Staff is courteous and fun as always at W. Pool side lounging with live DJs couldn’t make the day any better while you sip cocktails. Hotel is 25 min by taxi from Ibiza town and generally Santa Eulàlia is a great location as there are so many restaurants as well within 5-10 min walking distance.

We rented a car 67€ a day through the Concierge and explored the island. Nearby there are beautiful locations like Portinatx and Xaracca beaches. However, Formentera day trip was the absolute highlight of the holiday. Just 30 min ferry takes you to crystal clear waters and most amazing beaches!

Overall I couldn’t asked for more from the stay. I felt safe and the hotel did really well with the Covid procedures. For example to gym you had to book your time slot as they only allowed 3 guest at once and it was then sanitized for next people in between. Sun loungers were also sanitized after every guest. Also the hotel is SOO instagrammable with their decor! I highly recommend to visit and will definitely go back once back in Ibiza!

Stayed here for five nights in July 2020 right after it re-opened and had a fantastic stay. The hotel is beautiful and the staff is really great. They are very nice and do everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The hotel takes the pandemic very seriously but doesn't bother the guests with it. We were a bit nervous about traveling again but that all disappeared as soon as we arrived at the W. Will hopefully stay here again in the future!

P.S. I read some people complaining on the internet about their rooms not being cleaned on a daily basis. The staff notified us at check-in that the room would only be cleaned every third day (due to the pandemic) but that the room would still be cleaned daily upon request. We therefore requested them to clean our room daily and it was fine.

We just come back from 15 days at the W Ibiza and if I have to make it short, it was “MARVELOUS “

Before we even ben there we were already kept in care by David!
I have been a Platinum member for many years so We had stayed all around the globe in Marriott group as well SPG before but for us, this W will stay at the top of our Hall of Fame!

From the minute we get there we were well recognized (even then we’re just silver today), feeling home and nothing was impossible for the front desk and the team Whenever Whatever, Thx Maria. Few minutes after been welcome by the room manager, Tomas (who has been next to us all during our stay), the W insider, Anabel contact me to help us to ensure that our holiday will be as we had dreamed. Car renting, tour booking, the recommendation for best sight, restaurant, book a tee and you name it…

Also, our son, seven years old had so much fun in the kids' room building thighs, playing basketball, drawing T-shirt, making virgin cocktails with fresh planting herbs, with Andrea and David. He misses them already!

The poolside was always clean and very well maintained, all the beds and long chairs are very closely. The team was very friendly and prepossessing, nothing was never missed (one time in 15 days… Then it was offer) for the sake of forgetting someone, I wouldn't mention anyone. they were all great. Music: As it's a W of course we have a great expectation on it and her again we were not disappointed, all good depending on the style you like there're switching day to day, sometime even during the day. Personally, I really like Dean Demanuele !!!

We had the occasion in our staid to use a massage in the SPA, we both have a massage regularly. But We can recommend the deep tissue massage he is really amazing and professional (on my top 5 for the late two years).

I should start with that one on this Covid-19 period. Cleanliness WOW! A big shout out for the cleaning team acting 24/7 all-around the hotel in and out. Again, THANK YOU guys, our holiday went safe and secure BRAVO! FYI disinfectant gel on all floors and doors.

Two things were missing, the rooftop was not so far open (but it should be now) and the night club. This is why we will have to retune; 0). I will not talk about the beauty of the room and the comfort of the bed here, I will let you discover that one…

As I always said behind a great team, there is a great Manager!
It was a real pleasure to meet and share with you Igor we will be back soon…

David & C/o

There's no question, this is a luxury hotel. Striking design and everything's really well maintained. Food and drinks are excellent. Highly recommend "The Yellow One" drink. Staff are incredibly friendly and professional. They even change the floor mats in the lift to say "Good Morning", "Good Afternoon" etc. And this is one of the few hotels I've been to that gave us a late checkout until 3pm. But there are some quite annoying design decisions in the rooms. For example, some of the rooms have a basin in the room instead of the bathroom. Personally, I like to have some private time in the bathroom and find this pretty inconvenient. They moved us to another room thankfully (special thanks to Hugo).

Another annoying design decision is no locks on the bathroom doors. I have no idea why they did this. The designer has obviously never had a toddler. Also, no-one wants to be walked in on when they're on the loo. And no-one wants to announce to their partner every time they go to the loo so that they don't get walked in on. "Darling, I'm going to the loo so please don't come in. Due to the spicy dinner last night, I may be some time." Very romantic!

There's music playing throughout the hotel all, day, long. And it gets louder and louder as the day progresses. Loudest at night up until around midnight and sometimes beyond. If you're there to party then you'll love it. If you're not, it might annoy you. And if you want to get to sleep before midnight or 1am, bring some earplugs. Yes, I'm not in my 20's or 30's anymore - can you tell?

Beach loungers are managed by a different company and very hard to come by. You need to book them well in advance.

Apon arrival there was an issue with the AC however this was dealt with quickly and our room was upgraded courtesy on the very kind manager.

The hotel - absolutely beautiful. Modern yet not too much. Great facilities, beautiful pool area and just off the lovely beach. Great fully equipped gym.

Staff we attentive, friendly and professional throughout and really looked after us.

Breakfast - amazing - buffet was closed due to covid however we were allowed to order unlimited items from the menu for 35/head. This may seem expensive but we left full of delicious food feeling like we got really good value for money.

This is the third time we have stayed at W Hotels and to be honest they have set the standard so high we wouldn't really want to stay anywhere else!

Thank you to all at the W for an amazing holiday, we can't wait to come back!

Mike and Katherine

We went to Ibiza in June and stayed at the W. The location is perfect: close enough to the clubs and night life, yet far enough away to experience the warmth and flavor of the local hospitality. Views of the sea from rooms that offer the proper vantage point are post-card worthy. The staff is exceptional, friendly and genuinely happy to help. Sara from In Room Dining was one of the many accommodating staff who took care of us and always greeted us with a smile. The boardwalk behind the hotel is well maintained and offers access to small beaches, shops, restaurants, bars and scenic views of the Mediterranean Sea. The DJ's that spin daily at the pool provide the soundtrack to paradise with down tempo, melodic and chill deep-house tracks. My stay here is one I will always fondly remember.

We were very grateful to hotel staff who handled several Covid related cancellations in a helpful way. We were given a great offer and appreciated the email correspondence to sort everything out. The staff are all excellent at this hotel with a very friendly welcome and lots of help from Victoria. We had to change rooms due to an unpleasant smell but this was all handled very well and actually we preferred the room we ended up with. The rooms are small so it is worth upgrading to a larger room if you can. Breakfast is excellent so it is worth going for a rate that includes breakfast and eating later - it is 35 euros per person. There was quite a bit of music noise at night going on all night but perhaps that is to be expected in Ibiza - although other hotels we stayed in were quieter. The next night they were expecting 400 people for a party is I imagine that would be very noisy. We liked the location of the hotel as you can just go through the back gate and you are on a nice promenade for a pleasant walk into a small town with lots of restaurants and a few shops. It felt very safe in the evening. Valet parking was good as the car park is very close. We enjoyed the Chiringuito restaurant and the healthy cafe. Overall we appreciated the staff and the location but rooms are compact. We liked the fact that we could get to our room easily via stairs. We stayed at 4 other hotels during our holiday.

I stayed at the W hotel ibiza for one week with my boyfriend.
We really had a fantastic time there.
The room was boho chic with a super comfortable bed. The infinity pool on the rooftop was really nice and the breakfast included fresh fruits (berries, mango, papaya) gluten free options, the omelet was super filling which is quite a change from the boring continental breakfast.
Everywhere in the hotel the staff was amazing with us. Always smiling and willing to help. Offering a fresh bottle of water as we entered the lobby, making our last minute restaurant reservation,…
The hotel location was also quite convenient, walking distant beach, restaurant port… santa eulalia is a nice village to explore!
I’ve been staying in some other hotels in ibiza and I must admit this was the best service we have seen so far.

Let me first explain the difference between a cozy room with a pool and a spectacular room with a pool. The hotel is constructed in a V-shape, and the cozy room with a pool face the neighbor building (so I assume no visual privacy but acoustic privacy) and the spectacular room with a pool are facing "the street and footpath", so this means visual privacy but quite noisy.
As we like the W style and music, we missed some music system in the room (in other W hotels there are Bose® systems...). Especially as we had no sea view balcony, meaning, view on the pool with music, we somehow missed it. However, we liked the absolute privacy of the room and the plunge pool!
Friendly check-in, we would have loved a "real" (small) hotel tour (even later if there was no time now) to know the different restaurants, and is there a "private beach" place in front of the Chiringuito restaurant?
Thinking of not asking the impossible, we received a few "no-s" via the front desk W team members "from the supervisor" we have never seen (and no alternatives). The first 2 evenings because of parties, there were no cocktails available in the bars (as such, not a problem). The third day, on the large LED screen, I read a promotion of "happy hour" for cocktails. However, the waiter in the Glow rooftop bar (great atmosphere) did not know, and I had no intention of starting the discussion of what I had seen...(so sorry, we left)
The hotel reopened June 3rd 2021 after a long lockdown, so we gave all credits. The fitness was closed, and even nobody was in, we were only able to make an appointment for the next day...
The free private parking is great! The pool is great. The room called game room was not accessible with the card nor with the Bonvoy app.
Unfortunately we had 3 fire alarms, 2 in the middle of the night with half an hour difference and 1 early morning.
Concierges are all very friendly and helpfull
W team members very friendly

We moved to the w after a not amazing experience at another hotel and thank goodness we did!
On arrival we were met by the team at reception who were genuinely pleased to see us (big thanks to chiara, Ana and Ana the concierge) nothing was too much trouble for them. We were early to check in - not a problem a room was ready for us. The member of staff who showed us room (I have forgotten his name but he was super helpful) took time to show us how all the tech works - as all w hotels you can expect high levels of finish in the room and a great use of technology.
Straight to pool to be met by Marcus who has looked after us so well all week, a delight and always smiling.
It’s never too much trouble to get anything! Bruno was also on hand to get extra towels and drinks.
Free massages by the pool every day is a real winner thanks to Carlos.
The hotel itself is lovely and well designed and feels less like a resort hotel ( love a carpeted hallway for peace at night)
Music by the pool is perfect volume and good Djs
I had the avo and tomato on toast at il llama for breakfast and it was one of the best breakfasts I have had.
Food and drinks by pool aren’t over priced and served quickly and efficiently
The team at the w are a real credit to the hotel.
