Reception service is very poor. Hardly open and the one person who speaks English seems to be there only on Saturdays. We arrived 16:40 on the Saturday and I had to phone on our arrival for reception to open. Very stressful. You definitely need a phone. Had to ask for hair dryer, safe key etc the following day due to...

A very pretty family apartment with no amenities. It's quiet and a short walk to town and the beachfront promenade. The beds are well below average. The toilet paper is horrible, the towels only slightly better and you get one wafer sized piece of soap. In other words, you have to bring or buy everything from paper towels to dish...

Booked with II rather than direct or with RCI, thus a significant difference in accomodation opportunities. Our 1 bed unit has a lovely view of internal pool area and mountains above the town. There is no bar or restaurant now in the complex. The only facilities I could see were the two pools. One for little ones and a larger...

It has taken 2 years to get a booking here, using my RCI membership, to stay near my daughter. The room we were offered was dark, dingy and damp. Two alternatives were no better: one had a broken fan; the other had a light hanging loose from the ceiling. Disgraceful! And no way of getting compensation through RCI, to which...

This resort has had a few 'iffy' reviews in the past and if you are used to high quality USA or European exchanges the they may be justified but go with an open mind and you will not be disappointed. OK, there are some apartments that are residential but to me this just adds to a genuine Spanish feel to...

Aldea Bonsai apartment was booked thru DAE. Pros: Gardens and pools are lovely, location is great as just a 5 min walk over bridge takes you to main promenade of Santa Eulalia, 1 bed apartment with terrace was okay and clean. Self catering and a local Spar is just up the road. Cons are: not suitable for wheelchairs or if...

A few days before we were to travel I contacted the resort as our flight did not arrive until 2330 at Ibiza airport, I was given a number to ring when we arrived at the resort, The person I spoke to did not understand English and put the phone down on me. I tried many more times to contact this...

Positive comment - we did not have to pay for the safe deposit box in our room. I've read the other reviews and this accommodation is in a lovely setting and the planting is beautiful but......................... Even though there were signs up saying dogs must be on a lead and even though it is against Spanish law to have dogs...
