This is off the beaten track so you need a car. It is the real Tuscany not what you see from the Autostrada's. Way up in the hills a beautiful village nearby but quite a tough walk to get up to it. The facilities are very good but basic Tuscan in many ways. Some of the rooms have a lounge...

Because I stayed here with a yoga retreat (Tuscan Fitness Ltd), I will only comment on the resort itself. It is in a beautiful location with amazing views across the Tuscan valleys and hillsides. I was quite happy with my room, it was quiet and fine for one person (though should be fine for two). The pool area is beautiful...

We stated here with Tuscan fitness on a yoga retreat and had a fabulous time. The hotel itself is lovely in a beautiful setting with nice rooms and a great restaurant. Tuscan fitness were brilliant and the right get balance of fitness food and relaxation. If you were looking for a wedding or conference venue this would be perfect too.

I stayed here for just under a week with Tuscan Fitness. Tuscan fitness collaborates with the hotel and offers activity programmes both to hotel guests as well as people who enroll in their programme and take a whole package. I did the latter. The engagements both with Tuscan fitness (TF) and with the hotel were very pleasant. The TF lady,...

This was an exceptional meal - our best in Italy over the duration of our stay. Winemaker, Guiseppe Sala, whose winery I Selvatici is just down the road, called ahead for us and we were greeted warmly by an excellent staff. We were seated on the balcony in the shade and welcomed with an amuse bouche and a glass of...

Second trip for me and my family at the Fontebussi Tuscan Resort and another great experience. We love how the whole resort comes together in harmony from the reception to the restaurant, and everything is surrounded by olive trees. The resort is very relaxing and quiet with stunning views, in particular form the restaurant terrace which is my favourite spot...

I just came home from a 9 day stay, the view and surroundings were stunning but the apartments were terrible, I saw three different apartments and they were very very dark and felt dirty, so depressing. Hated being inside and so did my family. It felt dirty and one bed was very unstable. Al the pictures I've seen on google...
