We stayed here a couple of nights. We had a fabulous stay. It started with a very warm welcome from Fabio. He is always smiling and wants to ensure that you enjoy your stay. He gave us a lovely apartment on the ground floor with a large outdoor seating area comprising a lounger, sofas and table and chairs all surrounded by vines and flowers. The rooms are comfortable with effective aircon. The swimming pool and grounds are beautiful. They are all well kept and everything is in great condition. Comfortable seating and one of the nicest pools I have seen. A pool bar and service available. A delicious breakfast with homemade cakes and biscuits and jams and marmalade. Lovely coffee and friendly service. The lemon marmalade was delicious and we bought a jar to bring back home. Thanks Fabio for a fabulous stay and we hope to return soon.

Service is great right from the start, you feel very welcome! The agriturismo is in a nice quiet spot, beautifully kept and a lovely swimming pool. The food was wonderful, plenty of it, yet didn't feel heavy after. Exactly what's needed on a hot Italian night!

My wife and I just spent a wonderful couple of hours touring the Agrituismo Salinola. The 4th generational owner , Fabio , gave us a most interesting and informative overview of his 1000 tree operation . Many of these trees have been in the same soil for over 900 years . We learned how much care and labour ( and love ) goes into the making of their extra virgin olive oil After the tour we were treated to a glass of locally produced wine and a tasting of their oil . We purchased a litre to take back to Canada , and only wish we could carry more . Highest recommendation

We had a great time at Masseria Salinola: the facilities were outstanding, and Fabio's hospitality really helped in getting to know the environment. Dinner was made from local recipes and produce, and the view was fantastic.

We were a group of 6 and called the owner of the farm Fabio to have a tour around their farm and a dinner afterwards. It was very easy to reach him and he offered to show us around the same evening. He brought us to their biggest olive farm and explained a lot about the vegetation, the history of the farm and current events. Afterwards we were able to try their produced oil and enjoy a good 4-course-dinner cooked by Fabio's family. We would recommend calling Fabio and learning about this part of the apulian culture. Thanks a lot Fabio!
