My husband and I stayed for 2 days, Saturday and Sunday, in this hotel, chosen from the various offers of a Wonderbox gift box given to us for an anniversary. We found correspondence between what was written in the offer and the service received. Very clean room in the annex (the bathroom even shining), very good and plentiful breakfast (of note are the homemade jams, or rather jams, such as pancakes, waffles, all fresh, and much more), Spa with various services as described. We chose to dine at the "Il Caminone" restaurant, a very beautiful setting where we ate really well, and the quality/price ratio was also satisfactory. All the staff were friendly, helpful and professional. We recommend it!

Wonderful staff welcome and good quality food. Too bad some major inefficiencies: spa with swimming pool not working due to technical problems (they invited us to come back the next morning but we had to leave... a small symbolic discount would have been appreciated) in addition to this room signal where I did massage too cold to enjoy a massage costing 80 € anyway .. Asking the staff I was told that the technical problem had also affected heating in the cabin) Breakfast buffet very good but totally without croissants that all ended at 9:30 when I went down to breakfast and that arrived almost 20 minutes later now at breakfast finished).

I stayed a couple of weekends at Hotel Milano with some friends with children. we stayed both in the chalet adjacent to the main structure and in the annex. We returned to this hotel after 5 months and found the same warm attention and welcome from all the staff! Everyone is always kind and ready to meet every need.
This time we tried an emotional spa suite with balcony and it was a truly wonderful experience! Very large spaces, with a lounge area and bedroom area, many windows with mountain views, emotional shower and giant bathtub! The rooms are very well divided, basically a mini apartment!
The breakfast remains the best we have ever found in a hotel: vast sweet and savory assortment and above all delicious pancakes and waffles as well as the jams!
Really excellent dinners and lunch!
Once again very recommended to have the top and feel at home!
