Situated on the beach (30m from the water) of Agii Anargyri, just a 10 minutes walk from the center of Naoussa.We have spacious rooms for 2, 3 and 4 people with private verandas, music, aircondition, TV set, mini bar and telephone. Many of them have straight view to the sea and the wonderful sunset.

The service we have been provided by Kosmitis Hotel has been exceptional. From the start of the booking process, Rania at Kosmitis Hotel has been especially helpful. She assisted us in the booking and answered all our queries with no delay. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our booking due solely to the COVID-19 travel restrictions in Spain, and regardless of that, Kosmitis Hotel did not hesitate at all regarding giving our refund back. They fully understood the situation and provided us with a full refund of our upfront payment. Rania and the hotel have been an absolute pleasure to deal with - if this level of service is provided prior to getting to the hotel, I can only imagine how exception the service at the hotel would be. I had a lovely stay here with my family. Close to Naoussa. Beautiful room - we had two bedrooms which accommodated my family well. Great breakfast. Fantastic pool area and opposite a lovely quiet beach. Rania and Vagelis behind the desk where always so accommodating and helpful and all of the other staff were so lovely as well. It was really a fabulous place to stay. Only area for improvement that I can think of is that the hamburgers that we bought around the pool for 10 euro weren't very good. If you are paying 10 euro for a hamburger, I think we all expected a better meal. Other than that, I wouldn't hesitate recommending this hotel for your stay. It definitely deserves the 5 stars that I gave it and I hope to return to this hotel again in the future.

We spent 8 days with my family at the Kosmitis Residence, which are apartments a few meters away from the Kosmitis Hotel. Our apartment was perfectly furnished (beds could be a bit softer :) ) spotless clean and ideally located 10 minutes away from the best part of Naoussa (where all the restaurants are). We used mainly the beaches of Paros but the swimming pool of the Hotel was quite good as well. Best part of the Kosmitis is definitely their team and manager: welcoming, friendly and making sure your stay is the best possible. I recommend this place 100%

I am staying at Kosmitis hotel this week. I could not recommend it highly enough. Excellent facilities - small private beach, large swimming pool, good sized clean bedrooms, warm and friendly staff. Only a 10 minute walk to Naousa centre and scooter / car rental available a 5 minute walk from the hotel.

Had a lovely relaxing 3 night stay at Kosmitis. Perfect quiet location by the sea but within walking distance to town and a 3 minute walk to the local bus stop. Spacious room and balcony , lovely fresh breakfast , served on the terrace overlooking the pool and sea beyond . Friendly , helpful staff . Would recommend a stay here.

Hotel is advertised as 4* beach hotel. Basically this is not a hotel but scattered apartments in a field next to the beach. There are no facilities.. no room service, no 24 hours reception, no security. Beach location is the worst in the island and is not organised by the hotel as it is advertised. Room was spacious (family room) but non functional at all. Furnishing was of the lowest quality and did not meet any expectations for a family. There were not double curtains for shadowing, balcony was spacious but totally useless since there was no umbrella and protection for the kids. The only thing that was cooked in the breakfast was fried eggs!! Personnel and owners completely indifferent for visitors hospitality. Paying more than 200 euro per night for this terrible accomodation.. wouldn’t suggest this hotel to any visitors type. Find an apartment instead…

Just spent 5 nights in this hotel. Location is good as only 5/10 minute walk from the main part of Naousa, nice big pool and rooms are cleaned daily. Breakfast could be a bit more varied with fruit etc but overall good and staff are very nice. I would recommend this hotel.

My dream hotel location is where I can sit by the pool and see the pool and the sea at the same time. Kosmitis is right on the beach so that box is ticked. All the amenities are described in all the other reviews so they don't need repeating, but I'll mension a few of them that were biggies for me. The pool bar was our start point for every night out. Great location and a good selection of food and drink. Breakfast sitting outside with the sea view was great. There was never a shortage of sunbeds by the pool and on the beach. We had a side sea view double room with an extra single bed. The view was excellent from the decent sized balcony, and there was plenty of space in the room for 3 of us. All the staff were pleasant and helpful. A couple of negatives were there but didn't affect our enjoyment at all. 1 was that the breakfast items that should be warm were usually cold. The other was the unbelievably hard mattress on the extra bed. I was given a topper when I mensioned the issue, that made it better. The standard double bed was pretty hard but manageable. We would definitely return to the Kosmitis on our next visit to Paros.…

Our stay at Kosmitis has been perfect, we've found everything we needed travelling with an 8 years old. It's a very well maintained and clean hotel with an attentive and friendly staff/owners. Just 10 min walk into town, right in front of Agioi Anargyroi Beach. Breakfast buffet is simple but with enough choice for every taste. Pool area is a plus with its bar but we also appreciated the services provided by the hotel, like beach towels and they organized a rental car to be delivered directly to us. Definitely 5 stars for me and would stay here again if in Paros! The beach Agioi Anargyroi is nothing special, it makes a nice background but it is not well kept especially close to the other hotels where littering is really disappointing. Anyway Naoussa is a little gem with the center full of interesting and fascinating bars/restaurants/boutiques. Other beaches and villages like Lefkos can easily be reached by bus, boat or car.…
