i am sure this place was quite beautiful when it was first built. it has extensive gardens and a nice pool that all seem to need a bit of tending. our room was toward the back, clean, very large and was quite impressive as it seemed newer than the rest of the facility. they also offer tour information to the...

Room was only 550 bath and that's a good price in my opinion. But our rooms was dirty, bathroom was not cleaned after last guests.. a lot of ants in bathroom and rooms. Rooms are very old and in bad shape... but it's close to National Park. You can hear a lot of animals outside the room. Food in restaurant...

Reception staff lost booking and were rude. When we asked to see the room we were told you've already paid so no refunds. We had a deluxe room which was ok although a little dark. Grounds run down and a little weird. The resteraunt area was close to the main road and was dead the first night. Ventured up he...

We booked a superior room in the Khao Yai Garden Lodge for two nights in Nov 2016 because of a recommendation from a popular guide book. Unfortunately, even though the rooms are spacious, they are dirty. There were cockroaches in the bathroom and also mold on the wall. The room was quite expensive but the service poor. Pick up from...

I stayed for 3 nights with a friend. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was just ok. The room looked like 70s style with dark wood panels covering walls and ceilings. The room was very dark with poor lighting. Did not take any tours with the hotel so cant comment on that part of it. Paid just...

I had my daughter from Switzerland here in Thailand. I decided to show her the nice scenery of the Khao Yai Nationalpark. Before starting our hiking in the park we approached the hotel for an overnight stay. The pictures on the internet are nice, the comments good. So I decided to book this hotel with Agoda. The staff at arrival...

We stayed for three nights in this very beautiful lodge. Staff is really helpful and friendly and the food is just delicious! We did both tours. The day tour was really great. The jungle trail could have been a bit more adventurous, but we saw some nice nature. Hornbills, deer, makake and gibbons we saw along the way with the...

Got to Pak Chong train station, found myself a pick up truck and got a ride to the hotel, which the hotel then covered which was a lovely start. Lovely welcome and the staff were all very friendly, however I then tried to rent a motorbike to travel around Khao Yai national park, they however insisted to take their tour...

My wife and I moved here from Green Leaf Tour just down the road, and we're glad we did. The Khao Yai room, for just 1,000 baht, was clean, spacious, well-equipped and - crucially as we were in a cold snap of just 10 degrees C maximum temperature - warm. They had a decent duvet and happily let us have...

“unless you're bound for luxury ask for the cheaper rooms, they're good enough for visiting the park. Staff and food stay the same. The upper class rooms are marble palaces which to my opinion you don't need when visiting a national park.”
