We stayed here for two nights at the begining of October. Very dated room, with an awful bathroom, which had the oldest shower I have every seen with no hot water. I asked for that to be fixed twice, but the best we got was luke warm water. The room was also very dark and with no balcony. Nothing was...

We went with a group of five. We had two rooms that were the furthest away from the lobby. We had a great view except for the construction going on on one side. My friend commented that there is so much construction going on here it takes away from the natural beauty. The hotel has many tour groups so its...

I have been to this hotel for 3rd time. It's a big property but too crowded during weekend and long holidays. There were groups of seminar from various organisation and local tourists. Breakfast quality was average but the crowded was really disturbing with children running around. What I can't understand is, in-house guests need to pay to use Aqua Zone....

My wife (Thai) and our two boys, aged 9 and 7, stayed here for one night on Monday 13th August. We were staying at another resort and used the Aqua Zone facilities the previous day - accepting that we would need to pay for this facility since we were then non-residents. We payed for the basic room - two single...

I've stayed in at least 50 hotels in Thailand over the last 10 years and have experienced from excellent to the worst. Although the Greenery Resort is not the worst place I have stayed in, there is simply ZERO value to it. For what you are paying for the room, you should be getting basic amenities, such as use of...

The greenery resort khao yai, is situtaed a short journey from the natinal park. It has a beautiful view of the hills and mountains from each room. Its a very plush and posh hotel with modern decor. The rooms were beautifully done. It wasn't cheap by thai standrards i suggest you book before you go. It has a great selection...

Just completed my second stay here. first one was two years ago with the company outing. this time it was just a short one night stay with the family. the hotel is just OK. meaning that it provides clean room, bathroom, and bed to rest. however, there is virtually no attractions/activities for the guest of the hotel besides the PAID...

I would never, ever consider staying at this hotel again and wouldn't recommend anyone to stay there. The rooms were basic and hugely over priced. For over 4,000 baht the standard should be much higher, the rooms was worth 2,000 baht at best. Greed has got the better of this hotel and you are asked to pay 480 baht to...

I Agree with prior comments and add a few more. The room was adequate (in the newer building) however our bathroom clearly needed refurbishing already (felt grotty). Whilst no hotel or local information was provided in the room there WAS a listing of ALL items in the room (down to the tea tray) and the cost if they were taken...

I added this hotel to tripadvisor, as it is considered the biggest and finest in the location near the National Park, however I found it wanting in several areas. Reception IMHO is the worse and client service -to them- it's a Caribbean Island!... Food is barely average with breakfast been ok, but with few options every morning. The hotel grounds...
