We keep coming back here - and why not?! The cottages are better than home from home, well equipped and extremely comfortable. The gym and swimming pool satisfy many exercise and relaxation desires. And the countryside is quite honestly the best! There is plenty of scope for easy, scenic, breathtaking, exerting, long, short, and medium walks, with pubs, cafes, towns...

This place looks good on it's website but I think it's even better in real life. The cottage was much roomier than it appeared in the pictures and was of a high standard for comfort, equipment and peace and quiet. The view down to the lake and the little private garden were fab. The site is immaculately tidy, neatly gardened...

Hemmel House is a fantastic base for large family gatherings, great space, quality furnishings, clean, and thoughtfully equipped for children and adults inside and out. Located in beautiful undiscovered countryside but also close to the sea, the perfect holiday home. All make it a place we want to return to. Thank you to the Moralees Family!

Thank you for your kind comments regarding Comby Hills and we are really pleased you enjoyed your stay. I’m extremely sorry to hear that you didn’t receive your confirmation email. We always send one out with every booking and also send an arrival email a fortnight before our guests arrive. Perhaps, technology has let us down in this case and...

I wouldn't hesitate in recommending the cottages. Clean, spacious and well equipped. The gym is really good and we enjoyed the sauna and pool. We played in the lovely games room, we jumped on the trampoline and played both tennis and crazy golf. The kids loved feeding the horse. Great walk around the lake and up into the hills next...

Stayed in Millers Hill for a weeks family holiday, beautiful location and views. Features such as the hot tub were an added bonus and were enjoyed even in the rain! Had to travel short way to pool as property is off the main base but it was only a short way and the pool/games room were great along with the...

We're so pleased that you enjoyed your visit. I'm sorry to hear the Wifi wasn't great during your stay. Unfortunately, this was damaged during a storm and we have been working with BT to get it functioning properly. Hopefully this won't be an issue next time you come! Hopefully see you again soon.

Family stay at Breamish Valley cottages. Really lovely location. Cottages were fantastic - clean, well equipped and with fantastic facilities. So much to do in the area. I would highly recommend these cottages as a base for a family holiday.

We stayed in Night Fold, fantastic cottage, very spacious and all on one level. The décor was very good and it was a real home away from home. Parking was plentiful too. We enjoyed the swimming pool daily and the games room, trampoline and mini golf course were a nice touch too. We would definitely stay again if we were...

This really is an ideal holiday. Cottages spacious, clean and decorated to a high standard...with wood burning stove, private garden and well stocked bookshelves! Pool, tennis court and gym on site excellent. The setting is the main draw however, with the cheviots literally on the doorstep, bird filled lakes a few steps from the cottage and the (pre) history of...
