I found out about posada margarita online, we were looking for an inexpensive place to spend 3 weeks while we kitesurfed in el yaque. this was the perfect place for us, exactly what we were looking for. Miguel and his family were really friendly, helpful, and made us feel at home. the posada itself is simply beautiful, flowers everywhere.

We just spent 4 wonderful nights at Posada Margarita. We stayed in one of the one bedroom apartments and really really loved it. Very comfortable, and the apartment had so many amenities! Fully equipped kitchen, Direct TV, comfy bed and ice cold A/C. And that fabulous patio with the hammocks, we really enjoyed our afternoon chill time in those! We... More

We stayed at posada for a week. It was the best place we could stay at. Clean rooms, a balcony with hammocks, perfect location (just 5 min walk to the beach and to the main street with shops and bars), beautiful views, and the most friendly dogs in the world Zac and Tigra :) We felt like at home there.... You never know what you'll get when you book a place through the Internet, but Posada Margarita was everything I could have hoped for! Especially at this price point. I stayed here at both the beginning and the end of my trip as I flew into the airport at Margarita and both the rooms I had were very clean and... More

Miguel has created a great place to stay. It was quiet, clean, comfortable a two minute walk to the beach and the breakfast is outstanding for the value.

Probably the greatest place i have stayed in. More and more you have a feeling of home, and less desire to leave it. Owners did everything that you can feel good, starting from breakfast, clean and nice rooms, great parties, stories. You can agree on certain additions to the service as we celebrated Latvia's independence day, with a company of... More

We spent 5 wonderful days in Posada Margarita, just a short walk from the famous El Yaque beach. The great breakfest, prepared by the owners themselves, were a perfect beginning for the sunny days and the homely atmosphere, with hammocks and tables for each room, helped to fully enjoy the evenings. Thanks to the owners for everything!

I was very happy about this choice and Posada Margarita definitely made big part of my experience in Margarita Island. Very nice rooms with all service, garden, hammocks where to relax together with friends. But the most important - super friendly attitude, very personal service. Owners of Posada not just prepared breakfast (very good juice), they also explained everything about... More
