We stayed here for one night to take advantage of the caves and attractions. The hotel was reasonably clean, the staff was great and friendly, and the food we had for dinner and breakfast was pretty good. Very convenient place if you are coming to the caves, and Good family rooms!

We stayed here for 1 night on 20th Aug 16 as we spent the day in the caves. It rained quite heavy whilst we were out, so was lovely to come straight to the hotel and warm up! The hotel was very welcoming and all the staff friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The food in the Bistro Restuarant...

I did enjoy it and the staff were absolutely fabulous on reception very helpfull and friendly. I came with my partner but I would say it's more of a family hotel. The actual wookey hole only takes about half a day to get around but equally very interesting. The rooms are basic but clean and that's all you need really...

We stayed here in May for a long weekend and had a fab time. The hotel and rooms were clean. The staff very friendly. It's a great place to stay not only for the onsite attractions but exploring the surrounding area. We visited Longleat and Bath whilst staying here and walked into the local village. Nice local pubs with friendly...

We arrived quite late evening but were checked in quickly, greeted beautifully and given colouring packs for the kids. We had a lovely evening meal in the restaurant and found our room to be clean, spacious and great value for money. We stayed on the summer deal which included our breakfast and Wookey Hole entry. It was fantastic value for...

We stayed in the new lodges at wookey hole and they were excellent. Such a lovely view of the surrounding area and the lodge had lots of home comforts including sky TV, DVD player, dish washer, and microwave. Each lodge also included it's very own hot tub, nice and secluded on the decking outside. It was a marvellous stay, and...

A nice clean hotel with most of the staff very friendly. Hotel was very clean and the rooms were very spacious, plenty of room for a family of 3. Beds were a bit hard though the sofa bed I was told by my 6 year old son was very comfortable. Breakfast was ok with plenty to choose from. Would definitely...

We visited this hotel for two nights on our way to Cornwall but we're disappointed with the standard of accommodation. The mattress on the sofa bed was terrible with a huge dip in the middle resulting in two nights of bad sleep. The 'bistro' was more like a cafeteria and I found a hair in my breakfast which I was...
